Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The quoting process by Sophie was really good ....with lots of listening to understand exactly what we were looking for, explains the pros & cons of various options, expected payback period etc. The installation and follow up were also faultless ....with help explaining the process from completion to locking away the export & sell back of excess electricity. Couldn’t recommend them any more highly.

Highly recommend this company as they told us right from the start that we could not export to the grid because of the area we live in. They then met with us to look at other ways we could save on our electricity bill and again found them open and honest to deal with.

Nichole, Kylie, Brad went above and beyond to ensure our old solar system could be connected to the grid. Great communication and solutions offered that made what could of been a very difficult and stressful time, quite straightforward and easy (for me at least) I am sure they had to do lots behind the scenes, no problem in recommending them for all and any solar works.

Velocity Solar offers quality PV systems that are installed to a high standard at a competitive price Communication was great, once the install date was planned they arrived on time and on the date promised. Brad,Travers and Denise were all great to deal with, replying to emails and answering any questions i had. Once the install was complete, I received an information pack with all the details about the system installed, maintenance and a guide as to what happens in the following weeks regarding Feed-In/Powercor/My Energy Retailer. The quality of the install was to a high standard with great workmanship.I would highly recommend to anyone else seeking a quality PV system .
