I have some experience working in the solar/energy industry and learnt that it’s always better to go for local companies (where possible) as I had seen too many cases of things being mucked up by the cheap online companies. Spoiler alert - if a company is too cheap, there’s probably a reason for that.
The pricing is very reasonable and we even paid extra for an Australian made inverter (which the guys seemed pretty pumped to install).
Will definitely be recommending Velocity Solar to everyone I know!
They have provided us with a quality product and made the whole experience an absolute breeze. Thanks to the whole team!

The workmanship was excellent. Brad and lead foreman Travis, were so professional and helpful. Communication, every step of the way.
In 12 months or so, we are even considering adding a Solar Battery Bank. And, of course, Velocity Solar will do the work.
P.S. Now I can happily tell the 'cold callers', no thank-you, we have the best Solar system in town

The information supplied by Brad at the start was brilliant and he was passionate about solar and understood and quoted on exactly what we needed and explained everything. The install was done in fact before the scheduled date and Brad phoned us before the event to confirm this was ok. The install went very well and in the time frame indicated by Brad. After trawling through most of the various online web pages, I found the information contained on the Velocity Solar website to be the most valuable. The website also had some very good information about solar power, how it works, and how it can be harnessed and used in your very own home. It also allows you to look at the products provided and shows some of the existing work they have completed through the online photo gallery. So I contacted them for some further advice. Brad arranged a site visit to our house to check the orientation best suited to a solar system. Velocity Solars installer Dennis arrived on time as arranged. We had decided on a 4KW system which was fully installed well with in the time stated. Brad also helped us with all the relevant paperwork required to certify the system and assisted in having it connected to our electricity provider for the feed in tariffs. We now use the solar power being generated from our system to power our household electrical appliances each day, with any additional power being fed back into the grid. I was extremely impressed with Velocity Solar's professional manner and willingness to answer any and all of our questions from start to finish. They can even provide a maintenance schedule to come out and check and clean the panels for you. I would highly recommend Velocity Solar to any householder or business looking at going solar.
