Urban Renewables was formed in 2010 and since then the company has installed over 2000 solar systems, including some major council projects along the way. Urban Renewables provides a different service from the others. The quotation, installation and after sales service is all provided directly from the owners of the business - the qualified tradesman. Today we have established a team of qualified staff that can take on all projects, from the residential home right through to large scale generators from 500kw-1Mw.

Punctuality was phenomenal no delays in installation. Installation team fixed minor faults raised by independent inpector (very next day) without any follow up. Again great customer service.
Office team is also very helpful and efficient. All correspondence was done effectively amd timely. Information was shared and guidance was provided on how to get things done fast while dealing with Electricity service provider.

Adrian rang personally to confirm details. 5KW Fronius with 6.6KM Trina panels. Very reasonable price. Installers were very friendly, and did a perfect job. Happy to talk about the install and Solar tips. We were inspected by Government inspector who said it was a very good install.

They were very responsive to all our queries during the quote process and did an excellent job on installation itself. They worked cleanly and efficiently and were pleasant to have on site. It seemed very good value for all the work they did. Their 'after-care' with getting the meter switched over etc has also been attentive.

Also managed to maximize the number to panels to achieve best result for the roof space available. Highly recommended.

Most said we'd only get 9 on N/W aspects, Adrian got 19 on N/W aspects. United Energy inspector said out of the 400+ installers he inspects for in Melbourne these guys are always perfect and never have any faults. Very happy.
