United Solar Energy reviews

Joe was fantastic to deal with. Very well informed, organised in his approach and very willing to spend the time explaining what can no doubt normally be a confusing and overwhelming barrage of information. Bent over backwards to tailor the solution for our individual needs, making it a pleasure to do business with the company. Great product, great affordability and a overall great experience. Thankyou to Joe and the brilliant team at United Solar Energy.

Hi guys I dealt with John from Gippsland sales. From Richard to John to office staff everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with the install. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers Joe

Amazing service, amazing advice. The guy that came to our house was more than happy to explain everything. We didn’t feel pressured into buying solar panels. Absolutely loving having solar panels. Our bills were reduced instantly

Had system installed very quickly. Have seen a huge saving in electricity since we have had it installed. No complaints form me

Nice to deal with. Seamless installation. A follow up for maintenance would have been nice

What can l say Professional, Great Customer service. When l rang always answered straight away. Exceptional after service. Had mine installed in 2014 and am building a new home and am using them to install another solar system at the new property. They also installed a Tesla battery for me. Great investment. Highly recommend.

Had 4.8kw installed back in 2015, very happy. They also called and offered an amazing electricity provider with great rates. Can’t complain so I won’t.

Excellent service from first consultation to installation and even follow ups after everything is finished, even offered me a great deal with a retailer that no-one has been able to beat yet.

United solar were excellent to deal with! Their customer service from the consultant to the people in the office, offered a really high standard and is something I look for before I deal with anyone. The solar panels installed are going strong and continuing to save me money. Very happy and will be happy to refer on.

I've had my 6.6kW solar system installed with United Solar Energy just over a year ago and have been very happy with it. Responsive and helpful staff made the experience quick and painless.

After searching many solar companies we decided to go with United Solar Energy due to their professionalism. Lucky I did, they were fantastic from the moment of sales, install and follow up calls. Highly recommend these guys

Of all the solar companies I enquired with, United solar were the only ones that offered a free consultation rather than just a basic standard over the phone quote. I was happy that they were able to accommodate to my first available preference to have a salesman come visit. Salesman was a top bloke, gave me a few different options, explained a lot, took his time and showed patience to my ignorance and funny questions! I choose a finance option they offered through a different company which really suited our needs. Installation happened within 2 weeks, which I was so surprised with! All went to plan and it looks great! The system was online sooner than they anticipated as well which was another bonus. Great follow up service and calls, I honestly can not fault my experience with them, saving more than we expected with the solar as well! Give these guys a go, so many more benefits than I can list.

From the start the whole experience was extremely professional. The salesperson guided us through the costs and the savings we would make. He also showed us how to set up an app so we could monitor the effectiveness of the solar system. The installation crew were efficient and cleaned up after the job was finished. Upon completion I inspected the panels to make sure no damage occurred during the install. The panels were installed by tradesman this was clear to see , no scratches on the colorbond roof all cables hidden and were they had to run cables was very neat. would highly recommend to anyone considering solar panels.

Got my solar installed 9.5 months ago (August 2019), and have so far being thrilled with my decision to get solar. I've also loved my decision to go with United Solar Energy for my system design and installation: - I have so far been satisfied with the products installed: winaico panels, delta inverter, and the emberpulse device. - The emberpulse device has been very very beneficial to have; it has allowed me to have more better oversight and control over my energy consumption, thus maximizing my savings. I recommend United Solar Energy to anyone considering getting solar and whose emphasis is on quality, better management and control, and overall value.

Got a 10 Kw system installed the workers done a excellent job and after sales service great!

I had United Solar Energy install panels at our residence 15mths ago. The service I received from John Nichols was second to none. He spent a lot of time explaining everything & setting things up. It has been very worthwhile.

United Solar, you just have to know, They have put on a terrific show. I call and am greeted like an old friend.”, It’s happened too often to come to an end. There are many steps to get your solar installed to go The sales guys, Vic Gov, the installer and energy Co. I jumped through the hoops and hit a bump or two, A call to United Solar -they always saw it through. So my friends, it’s not just a yarn I spin to you The solar has cut the dollars by more than a few. And along the way there’s been a real star. There is no doubting, it’s been United Solar!!

Great service, professionally installed, and well managed.

Nifty emberpulse unit which came with the solar installation and app that works with both laptop and android mobile phone so I can have a quick look at how I could save on electricity use when considering to turn on both the diswasher or the washing machine or any appliance for that matter. I have been consuming lower than most households anyway but with solar combined, there was a total of six months completely free use with $ 93 to spare which will be credited for the winter months when sunlight is not always available. Lindsay Campbell really went out of his way to ensure that I have the optimum solar setup for our electricity use habit. Good stuff.

Pleased with the prompt and friendly service from the team at United solar energy. We are very happy with the product and look forward to seeing the saving roll in

Anthony Lentini- You are a Super Star. You will go far in this world and your boss should be so Proud to have you on his team. For the past 3 years I have had countless solar consultations with a vast range of different solar companies but always felt like my questions had been left unanswered and I was being scammed. Due to covid-19 and my personal situation I decided to try one more time. I ended up cancelling my appointment with United Solar Energy that morning of my appointment letting my terrible past experiences influence my state of mind on the idea of signing up to this investment. Anthony Lentini was kind enough to reschedule with me. Honestly this man is an assett to your team. Not only did he answer every question I had, he also made the experience personal enough that I have been able to contact him with questions I forgot to ask and options I requested to consider. I am so happy with my experience with United Solar and can't wait for my installation tomorrow! -Give the man a raise or a bonus! I promise I am not the only customer here who would highly vouch for his professionalism and high standard of Customer Service!

I needed a complete system replacement and there was only one choice for me. I didn't even bother to get quotes after talking to Lindsay the United representative. The price , the installation and the service were beyond exceptional.

Highly recommend, explained how it all works, no issues with installation process, and then moved me to Tango, over the past 12 months I have paid approx 200 dollars all up for electricity!!!! If I ever move house I would contact them again to install a system.

Highly recommend United Solar Energy if you're looking to get solar panels. They made the whole experience very simple and were great to work with.

Fantastic service. Helped me through the entire process and good quality panels. Already saving me so much money and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Easy installation and straight forward procedure.

From the beginning with the direction from Nathan’s advice on systems, panels Etc through to installation the process was trouble free and very professionally carried through. Backup has been prompt and professionally carried out.

United solar have been helpful and answering all questions along the journey of my solar panel ordering, bookings and installing. Andrew has been there ensuring everything is a smooth run. Install was good, and quicker than expected. Follow up phone calls and texts make this company worth dealing with. Thank you to the team at United solar

Absolutely brilliant, The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, no shortcuts. The installation wasn't an overpriced Rolls-Royce solution. Nor a bargain basement low quality , but a system that was great quality and key component suppliers had an Australian office and service. The system has worked flawlessly since install. I can highly recommend United Solar Energy

Didnt have a problem with them. Always in contact with you. Think we had Andrew from Geelong.. top fella to work with.

Great communication. Quick installation with top quality products. Not the cheapest out there... but who would want install cheap parts?
