Since the very first day, Saikh Taher constantly guide me through the whole process, patiently educate me about my further actions which helped me to get the solar victoria approval. At the end, he also offered out of the box help to sort out my pending documents for the rebate application. Finally, the job was done in few hours and got the inspection approval without any hassle. Very happy with my solar, highly recommended

I had my solar installed about a year ago. Took about 1.5 months wait before getting a response about not being able to export. Email was mostly ignored, but phone seems to be the best way to get hold of them. In the end, downgraded the system to make it worth getting. However, about 6 months after installation, came a surprise call from Pranav about the export application has finally come good. System is doing fine now and exporting.

I got my solar panels installed last week and its been amazing customer service since the time I contacted Taher from Trione. Booked date quickly, Professional team installed panels in one day and gave the necessary information on monitoring and maintenance. There was a bit of mix up where i accidentally transferred more amount then required but Taher was more than honest to call and returned the excess amount asap. Definitely recommend Trione for anyone looking to install solar panels.

I was recommended by a friend last year and just had a 6.6kW Goodwe Inverter + Hanwa Q-cell panels system installed July 2020. TriOne is honestly an excellent business to deal with, even though they had to wait for me for 4 months to get paperwork settled. Pranav was a very helpful man with prompt support. The electrician they contracted, Rhys, is also a brilliant man. He does not feel annoyed to answer all my questions and installed everything with an A-class workmanship. Now I can't wait to have credit shown on my bill :D Definitely would recommend all my friends to TriOne and look no elsewhere

Going solar with Trione Energy has been a great experience, communication, installation and post installation was fantastic. We dealt with Hiren and found him to be extremely helpful, he explained everything clearly and made sure we chose a system that will work best for us. He always made himself available to talk to us and answer all of our questions. Great service and competitive prices! We can truly recommend them.
