While it often appears difficult to distinguish one solar supplier from another, what stood about Top value solar was: (1) a genuinely helpful salesperson who followed up on every query following our initial discussion, (2) a salesperson who did NOT mention competitors and/or try 'scare tactics' (unlike a sales consultant from one of the other, well-known suppliers), (3) installers who did an exceptional, quality job. Contacted Top Value Solar a month ago for solar for my house. They came and gave me a quote for a system which I needed. Explained me my ROI and do’s/don’t so nicely that everyone in my family understands it. My system is connected to grid now and working just as fine. So happy that I dealt with them. Top Value Solar were excellent from start to finish. I have quite a large roof which doesn't get direct sunlight for a couple of hours after the sun has come up and I wasn't sure what size system to go for and whether I should get tilts put under the panels to angle them towards the sun. Puneet confidently advised me to go for a large system (20kW) and not to bother with tilts as they wouldn't make much difference, he showed me other systems they had installed of a similar size and roof orientation so I could confidently make my decision based on real data. I got a comparison quote from another local company for a 6.6kW system with the same panels and invertor, it was over $2000 more than Puneet's quote for the same 6.6kW system. I was a bit nervous about going for a larger system as the upfront cost was higher, but now I have started generating I can see that the original cost should be covered in three years and from that point on it will all be profit, the larger the system the more profit I will make, Puneet supported me through this decision and I'm so glad I took his advice. The installation team were excellent, the electrician used the highest grade wiring available and did a really good job, the panel installers were very efficient and also did a great job. Puneet and his team made the whole process very stress free and sorted out the connection to the grid and registering for warranties afterwards as well as advising me which electricity company I should switch to so I could get the best feed in tariff. I had a couple of quotes off other companies and they were both pushy and more expensive. I recommended Puneet to a friend who was also interested in installing solar, after the initial contact Puneet looked at the orientation of his roof and the amount of shade it would have due to trees in surrounding gardens and advised my friend that he didn't think it would be beneficial to put a solar system on his house, I found this very refreshing as I expect a lot of companies would have just taken the money. I can't recommend Puneet and the team highly enough for their honesty, competitive pricing, advice and standard of work, if you are considering solar look no further.

I can only speak highly of this company. Their initial sales pitch was not pressurised, factual and clearly showed costs and the expected potential electricity savings. The most suitable system was advised for us based on our previous bills and 0% finance was arranged meaning we had no up front costs. Installation was on time and the workers polite and worked cleanly causing no damage to our property. We are now 9 months down the line and have no regrets in purchasing our solar panels and have experienced no problems with our system at all.

I was looking installing solar system at my place for some time and when I decided to have a Solar System for my Home, I received around 12 quotes from different installers and after doing my research and mathematics TOP Value Solar came at the top of my list for following reasons. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and after the quote was emailed, their team member came to our home and simply explained the details contained in the quote. His product knowledge was extensive and he answered my endless questions and putting me at ease and this led to a subsequent brand change with the panels we'd initially wanted. The system they offered were top quality at affordable price and the best thing about them was they were offering me the premium products (Fronious Inverter and Longi Halfcut Panels) within my budget. When I compared the prices with other installers the price difference between the Top Value Solar and other providers was between 25% - 40% (which seems too good to be true). I mentioned the price difference to other installers but none of them was willing to match that. The other installers also raised their concerns about getting the quality of work and after installation support and etc from Top Value Solar but i am glad i went ahead with them as their product, service, promptness and customer relations all exceeded my expectations. I am one very happy customer and would definitely recommend Top Value Solar to anyone looking for solar system.
