We found Suntek Energy was the BEST solar company providing OUTSTANDING customer service and product. We initially discovered Suntek Energy through word-of-mouth recommendation, whereby my sister used this company and raved about how professional Dhara was, along with her amazing customer service. Trying to navigate the considerable confusion that comes with solar, we did extensive online research prior, which resulted in three home visits from three solar companies, and over-the-phone discussions and quotations from two more. Suntek Energy stood out by a long shot. While the other companies provided general information, commonly showing us their individual solar credits (which showed no relevance to our personal situation), Dhara from Suntek Energy worked out the maths specific to our household. This honest and real-life application was why we were so impressed. This gave us greater confidence with choosing our system and making the investment in solar. Due to our incredibly high electricity bill, we choose a 15KW system. The price was outstanding, particularly when we received the recommended high quality brands for panels and inverter. The install went smoothly and they fitted the maximum possible panels on our roof with 52 in total to take maximum advantage of our system. Dhara’s customer service was excellent, from the beginning through to post-installation. She even helped us choose the right electrical company to ensure we are getting the best result from our system. This is the type of detail that went above and beyond, offering a level of excellence that you wish more companies would adopt. We recently had a solar system installed and can't fault the process. Dhyani was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Her follow up has been fantastic and we are very happy we went through Suntek. The system is yet to be switched on but I feel confident that if we had any issues Dhyani and Suntek would assist. Overall a great experience!

Consultant Dhyani was very professional had great product knowledge and was very honest. She represented the company very well.
