John F. from QueenslandTali and Ben were easy to deal with and very informative, other companies had b given quotes and wanted to charge a fortune for a meter upgrade that was not required, thank Ben for your honesty, from the quote to the installation it was a pain free experience good communication at all times Michael and the crew who came to install were on time were easy going, quick and efficient at their work and cleaned up after themselves my only complaint was the wifi dongle was not set up for the home broadband network, however all in all a good outcome with good panels and inverter all at a very good price, the equipment was installed a week ago and is working very well, I would highly recommend Sunshine State Solar.

They have good old fashioned customer service skills which certainly seem like a rare commodity these days with other operators. The price point is perfect for those looking to slash hundreds off their power bills. The boys have their own team of installers who are highly efficient and courteous. I was just about to sign with another company fronted by a famous cricketer until i found Sunshine State Solar advert popup Facebook. The whole procedure was so easy and after a chat with Ben the Owner/Installer I received the quote AS ADVERTISED for the amazing price $2199.00. I paid my deposit of $200 and 8 days later Ben and his team arrived and within hours finish the install in a professional, tidy and polite manner. Ben hooked up the wifi and right away my little power meter was spinning backwards. I have a Growatt inverter ( Aussie based and serviced here with 10 years warranty) and 22 x 330w Panels. Ben took care of all the paperwork and liaised with the power company the new meters etc. Am i impressed ... YES. Am I Happy ... YES. Recommend to my grandmother .... HELL YES!. Thanks Ben and his team - I am one happy client!

The sales staff are really friendly (and Australian - you can actually understand them) I liked how they offered non-biased info and quotes, they weren't pushy at all... Everything from deposit to installation was smooth sailing. System has been installed for a few months now and so far we are in credit so hopefully wont be seeing a bill ever again.
