Install was very quick from point of sign up, install team were professional and polite, working hard on a 30+ degree day to get the system installed. Our first bill with solar installed was $7.56 and the next quarter was in credit around $60. Had some minor issues recently with my solar not tracking and live updating, although it did take some time to get a resolution to the issue, one it reached the install manager it was resolved very quickly. The install manager himself came out to resolve the issue at our house which was done in a very quick manner and he also apologised for the delay in getting the connection issue resolved. Very happy with the resolution and looking forward to being able to live track my solar again.

When I first contact Sun Energy , my consultant Nick is very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions . He is not pushy like other company trying to push you into something that is not suitable . He also explain everything clearly and what to expect at each stage. The installation team is awesome . They arrives on the time they promised. They are very professional team. After the installation, they also show me how to use the system . One month after the installation, Nick the consultant gives me a follow up call to ensure everything is OK with the installation and whether I have any further questions / concerns. I will recommend Sun Energy to everyone .

Fantastic price they were happy to beat competitors pricing. Panels installed within 5 hours technicians friendly and explained everything. Travis was helpful from start of process to end and highly recommend the whole team

electricity bill which has a zero balance. I am very pleased with this outcome, having used the reverse cycle heating all winter day and night. Being on a pension and having solar installed is fantastic, giving you peace of mind on a low budget. The application and installation process went smoothly. We contacted Sun Energy just over 12 months ago and decided to have them instal our solar. From the start and the installation Andrew D was available at all times. He answered all our questions and followed up as he arranged. Its now been just over 12 months and have just received a cheque from our energy supplier, so in this time we have not paid a cent for our power and received a credit each quarter. Andrew’s information at the start has proved correct, my husband was sceptical at the start but is absolutely wrapped with our system now and the follow up service, as Andrew is still in contact.. Thank you Sun Energy and especially Andrew D for being honest the whole way through. We are so glad we chose Sun Energy. Special thank you to Andrew D and also Liam the installer. Thanks to Callum from Sun energy being so patient with us we just had a $47 power bill. After getting 700 to 1000 bills it was a great surprise. They were so good and all install went smoothly thanks again Callum your a great sales person did what you said cheers

Had been looking at getting solar for a while now. I rang around for different quotes with a few different companys. Decided to go with Sun Energy. Got a good deal with them. I delt with Chris Mesolo with the whole process. He was great. Knew his stuff when I had any questions. The only problem was trying to get my metre changed over, that took for ever. (went round in circles for days) Not sun energys fault though. Overall were great to deal with. Would recommend! Great customer service. The insulation process went very smoothly. Couldn't be happier.

I never felt like I was being rushed into anything, which was in stark contrast to some of my other experiences. Once I decided to proceed, everything was organised quickly with a minimum of fuss. Have experienced generous savings especially during summer and spring initially, unfortunately the power companies are profiting from the power I sell back to them and have changed charging rates to their advantage. The system I bought works efficiently and I am happy with it. Once prices go down and efficiency increases will consider an effective means of power storage.

Thanks Team, had our solar system installed today and I couldn’t be happier. The 4 chaps that rolled up were fantastic. Extremely professional and polite. Even pointed out a broken tile and repaired the leak for me. The install was done with out a fuss. Explained the install as they went and looks great. I will be honest this system was a little more expensive then some of the others we looked at but you do get what you pay for and it is at the higher level of equipment. With my experience I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a system. Thanks Guys.. Awesome job.

I bought my solar panel's about 18 mths ago and am extremely happy with them. In 12mths the only bill I had was $18 during winter. Sunenergy have followed up on the sale a few times which I really like. I feel supported. I haven't had any major problems but any little issues or questions I have sunenergy is just a phone call away. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

To date the experience has been great .Every think has been spot on. Derek organised the installation and the paper work and Dale and his electrical man installed.

I found Sun Energy to be very open with their information. No question was ever considered to be too much or menial. The follow up post installation is excellent, every month I receive a phone call from the consultant looking after me checking to see if everything is working well. Great customer service!
