I am more than happy with my new Solar Panels and the quick installation just prior to Christmas, in fact after friends ask me ‘what sort of Christmas did I have, I say guess what?? I had Solar Panels put on my roof , and this is probably the best investment for the whole of 2114 and forward„ I have removed my Carbon footprint and certainly I feel added an extra investment to any Home Sale in the future. They then start interrogating me ‘when do I think I will pay it off and do you mind if I ask you how much it cost’ etc and are amazed , that I have no concems and that I am eagerly looking forward to seeing my next bill, and the reductions already working. More important I am able to do all of my washing in daylight hours instead of creeping downstairs after 10p.m with washing over my shoulders followed by little Bonny who felt I was leaving home. Hi Daniel, I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get set up with solar panels. The installation was completed on the weekend and I’m thrilled. It’s been so interesting watching the levels change in the app. The installation team were fantastic and friendly. I just noticed the roof map has been updated in the app, which is great to see. I don’t have the final invoice with me at the moment, but I’ll transfer the remaining amount when I get home tonight. I think the only outstanding thing is Energy Australia enabling us to feed energy back into the grid? Apologies if I’m using the wrong terms. Thanks for your follow up phone call and email. I guess the most pleasing feature of our new solar electricity system is the fact that our electricity bills have now been cut in half. That in itself is a great financial relief as our requirements are large. The installation went both quickly and smoothly with the entire process taking less than one day. Ray I am extremely thankful to have been presented with a no nonsense, clear and precise overview of the various systems available. Furthermore your clear recommendation on which system would best suit our needs was greatly appreciated. During our decision process we looked at 3 companies. When going to install a Solar System I didn’t realize how much reading and asking questions I would be doing. I went to the internet like most would do and found there were many solar companies. The Government grant was there, Different panels, Different Inverters etc. etc. Received a number of quotes from the Solar companies for starters. One company, Space Solar gave me more information than most others. Reece in sales sent me numerous information about Inverters, Panels and the way they work. I asked many questions and Reece always had the time and patience to answer no matter when I spoke to him. After installing Solar with “Space Solar” I am satisfied that I made the right decision going with Space Solar.

We had a reasonably large domestic solar system installed (10Kw) and during the entire process we found Space Solar to be excellent. When I decided to allocate solar panels on my roof, I didn’t know what to do. I was confused and adamant. No one was telling me about how the panels worked. Your company was recommended to me by a friend who owns a large electrical contracting firm. I thought that he would be a good judge of which contractor would give me good work and service and Space Solar have lived up to my expectations. All the staff involved are nice to do business with and Space Solar are absolutely reliable using good products and first rate after sales service. My system had to be customised as it needs to provide power when the grid connection is down. (Something that frequently happens where I live) it gives me peace of mind that I always will have electricity in addition to the savings.

After much deliberation we decided to place solar on our roof. After speaking to several companies we meet with Steve from Space Solar, he was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we expected, from point of contact to installation it has been a very positive experience. Excellent prompt service from Graeme and the installation team did an excellent job. It’s amazing how much we’ve saved on power bills and even got a refund from AGL one quarter! The emphase power app makes the current power production and use visible so you can optimise energy use.

Space solar are a very excellent team from the office to the installation. Quick & clean & polite at all times. Could not be any happier with them. Will be letting my friends no about them also.

Had space solar (Auburn -Sydney) install a 5 kw system in Sept this year and could not be happier with the service and product. The staff involved through the different stages (quoting, installing, post installation) were all very informative and helpful. And best of all our electricity bill has since been cut in half! This was the biggest system that would fit in our roof but has still made a big impact on our electricity bill. We have a pool, several aircon units and floor heating so our bill is usually massive. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall we were very happy with Space Solar and the system they have installed for us. Their customer service is excellent and the couple of minor issues we had were dealt with promptly and courteously, you can't ask for much more than that. If you go with Space Solar my only suggestion is to make sure the panels are clean when they leave the site. Ours were filthy and I had to spend some time on the roof cleaning them. Also, if you go with Enphase microinverters and you have an off-peak hot water system, I recommend that you request that the monitoring system by set up to monitor ALL of your electricity usage, including the off-peak. Ours was not and I was told that I was the first person to have requested it so Enphase wasn't sure if it would work. One of the great advantages of the Enphase system is the excellent monitoring it offers but it will be most useful to you if it monitors all you consumption as well as your production. But the monitoring situation was an Ephase issue, not a Space Solar one. I highly recommend Space Solar. They are not the cheapest installers around nor the most expensive but they offer good quality equipment at a fair price and they don't use sub-contractors so, if there's an issue, there should be no disputes about who's responsible for fixing it.

After many months of researching and shopping around I found Space Solar. Price was very good and the quality of the System and panels is excellent. Installation was efficient and hassle free. Everything was set up for me including the smart meter and system is working great. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The installers (Sean and two colleagues) were legendary, expert, fast, flexible, efficient... couldn't ask for more and to be honest didn't expect that level of service, Sean gave me the option to install the inverter either outdoor close to meter box or inside the garage, I went with indoor. Staff in office are also very friendly... Super happy with Space Solar and highly recommend them :)

Not knowing a thing about solar, I picked up my iPad and embarked on the very daunting task of educating myself and trying to get a system that would suit our needs without being ripped off. I found a site called solar quotes who were very informative and put forward 3 reputable solar ( sales/ installers). Daniel from Space Solar called me on the phone (not emailed) and spent much time and patience basically explaining solar from scratch to me. He answered my novice questions by email and phone anytime I had them, he was fantastic. He told me things about the products etc, of course I cross checked this with google and everything he said was true and correct. I didn’t bother with other quotes. The installation crew were polite and efficient, they cleaned up afterwards, you wouldn’t know they had been there. They explained all the paper work and they took care of dealing with my energy provider. We have a fronius inverter that has an app that we can consult to see what is going on, it is so interesting seeing how much energy we are generating, which appliances are the big users. We have Trina solar panels and even when the clouds come over, we are still getting some power, which I didn’t expect. My advice would be don’t bother spending hours trying to sort it out, just call Daniel at Space Solar, you can trust him, he will guide you to what you need for your lifestyle. The process will be easy and painless.

Everything was easy. Unlike some suppliers, Space Solar had their salesperson come to visit to check out the roof and discuss layout and number of the panels, take photos of roof and possible siting of the inverter. We were adding to our existing 2.2Kw system so already had 10 panels on roof and an inverter. Now we were putting on 18 panels for another 5.5Kw and a second inverter. These had to be located so shadow from a NBN satellite dish wouldn't cast shadows on them. The installation was done efficiently by 3 of their staff in one day. They set up the wifi smart meter before leaving. We could have got cheaper from a couple of the other suppliers but they wouldn't say who their installation contractors were and would not send the sales person here to check out the site. Not good enough we felt. We were concerned that the system kept on cutting out as production went upwards so Space Solar sent their technician to check it out. On switching off the system he found that our supply from the transformer (we're rural so have a transformer on a pole near the house) was way too high and thus preventing our solar system from feeding in all of its production to the grid. This problem was solved when we contacted Essential Energy who sent their technicians to adjust the transformer and now our solar system works like magic feeding in heaps of electricity to the grid and more than covering the entire costs of electricity used and line rental. So we are extremely satisfied with it and with Space Solar. Thank you to the Space Solar people from the telephonists to the salesperson, the installation men and the technician. They were all excellent people to deal with.

Space Solar supplied and installed a 9kW system at our home. The service was great and we have been functioning with our solar for many months now without any issues whatsoever. We have just received our (comparative) bill from our electricity supplier and are thrilled to see it at 10% of what we paid at the same time last year! I highly recommend Space, they did a great job.

This is our first experience with purchasing a solar system and the only regret is not to have done this earlier. Both persons (Daniel and Michael) whom we dealt with from Space Solar were very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and professional. We're one week in and it's exciting monitoring how much energy we're producing and adjusting our consumption according to the smart meter app.
