My installation was a fairly large (10kw) solar system consisting of 34 solar panels, 2 inverters, Telsa gateway and Telsa powerwall. Solbase (Mitish) worked out the overall design. Nothing was a problem to Mitish he was always available by email or phone and he really tried to get me the best design and components to get the max output out of the system. In addition I worked closely with the installer Jeremy who is a experienced tradesperson, who put 100% into installation of the components and getting everything as I wanted it. He did a top job, with no fuss and he was really easy to communicate with. Also John on the accounts side was very helpful with sorting out rebates and providing information on warranties. Bottom line is that the system is working as Mitish and Jeremy designed it and I have been 100% self powered to date! Thanks Solbase

These guys are great to deal with. The process was interrupted by weather conditions a couple of times but i was always informed at what was happening. They are true to their word and I'm very happy with my Solar installation cant wait to see those electricity bills go down. Cheers!

Solbase kept us informed via emails, text messages, phone calls, quotes and installation dates from start to finish. The installers were very courteous, approachable and thorough. There was limited disruption as they expertly conducted the installation of the panels and inverter. Thank you Solbase for organizing and directing a very successful operation.

After some delays both to suit installer and my tenant, an installation date was agreed and an expert team of installers worked efficiently to complete installation in a day. Advice to acquire a smart meter would have hastened feed in, but all is now working effectively. Very satisfied with the installers’ attitude and with communications with Solbase.

From the very first discussion with Abhi at Solbase through to the subsequent organisation by John of the Installation Team and then Adam who was the installer, the process has been seamless and well managed. System was up and running a day earlier than expected and appears to be working quite well. The installer was very professional and courteous and didn't leave until we were familiar with the system. Have no hesitation in recommending Solbase.

I was impressed with Solbase Solar all the way through from first contact right up to the actual day of installation. Their Rep drove up from Barangaroo to meet me in Campbelltown the day after I contacted them. He was peasant, polite, answered all of my many questions, talked me through the installation process, made sure I clearly understood my commitment, described what I was purchasing and what Solbase Solar's responsibilities were. The day of installation two men shared the job of installation, one on the roof in difficult windy conditions putting the panels in place, the other an electrician installing and connecting the inverter, both men just got to work with no fuss at all and did a wonderful job. I had Solar power installed in my previous home so I am absolutely au fait with all the benefits that provides . I could not be more pleased. I was astonished of the flexibility, the support, the willing to do a good work from Chris. Then the installers were capable, straight forward, they give solution to whatever problem. Absolutelly satisfied. Recomend it 100%. No to mention the price...very competitive.
