Amazing service and professionalism from Steve, Julie and ALL the team. I've never seen such a neat installation from the solar panels, inverters, Tesla Powerwall 2 to the Tesla Car Charger, it was awesome and looks amazing, thanks a million guys.

Got in touch with Solargain after our Inverter died and couldn't get a satisfactory response from the Solar Company that installed our 5KW System. We are in Bundaberg and they had relocated to the Sunshine Coast and it was obvious that it was too much out of their way to come up here. Got in touch with Solargain after seeing a string of good reviews and could not be happier with them. They gave us a good deal on a replacement Inverter and Pete came up I think it was the next week to install it-very responsive and great people to deal with. Had a problem with that Inverter but after reporting it, had a replacement fitted under Warranty within a couple of weeks and cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism from the whole Team there. Sorry that we didn't get our original System fitted by these guys but at least we have found someone who cares and values their Customers now and can not be happier with the way we've been looked after. What can i say, what a wonderful honest company! Easy from start to finish. Steve was great upfront and honest about everything and what size system would best suit our needs. Start to finish fantastic! Steve was one of multiple salespeople we met with to discuss our Solar needs. Everything just clicked and his honest, open, and genuine approach earned our business. We were sold on using his company and their products (even though they were not the cheapest option we were presented with). The whole experience proves that quality products and good old-fashioned service from a company that keeps its promises always beats any saving based on cost alone. The office staff are lovely to deal with and so efficient! The installers and electricians are prompt, hardworking and friendly! Top job fellas! Collectively the team’s knowledge was exemplary. This is a very professional solar installation company and they have already earned my recommendation to friends and colleagues (of which some have also now accepted quotes from Steve).
