We recently had a new solar hot water system installed by solar gain and are very pleased with the service that was provided. The guys who installed the system were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend solar gain to anyone who is after a solar hot water system.

Simone from Solargain was very polite and had an excellent knowledge of the product . Was able to answer all the queries I had which enabled me to make my decision to go with Solargain. She was also prompt in sending me a detailed quote with the product breakdown. The installation was done on the set date. They arrived on time were well presented, polite and efficient. They carried out the job professionally. When the job was done they explained the operational side of the unit and answered any questions I asked. I am extremely happy with the overall experience and service I have received and would recommend Solargain.

From start to finish everything was handled with professionalism. Doing a little bit of research on solar panels yourself does not go astray, if anything it speeds up the process on first contact. The installers arrived on time were very courteous, completed the job in good time and cleaned up afterwards, the electrician set up the inverter and explained the next process, electricity company was also contacted on your behalf by solargain.

The installation was a 6.6kW PV plus iStore hot water system: - A smooth and professional process from the initial phone call to completion of the installation. The quoting, technical, installation and payment particulars were well documented. Timelines were kept. All regulatory requirements were handled by the company. Post installation: - The PV system is performing as expected. However, have needed to submit questions about performance of the iStore hot water - Still awaiting a response...

I have been a customer of Solargain in Perth since April 2011, both for initial installation, upgrades, service/solar health checks and advice. The company has always been very professional and installations completed in a safe and efficient manner. Big thanks also to Customer Liaison Officer Evo for co-ordinating my latest upgrade and dealing with all my queries.

Personally I work for a Trade wholesaler in Perth in the refrigeration industry. When I contacted Solargain I was just impressed with their presentation, service and systems. My purchasing decision was based on I wanted a Solar company that was well established and that would be around in the next 5 to 10 years as I felt this industry has a few "fly by nighter's" that sell purely on price. I liked Solargain from the detailed quote, to electronic document handover package, to electronic sign off via smart phone & installer commissioning test sheet provided. I only wish now the company I worked for would adapt the same presentation in their marketing and systems.

It s took me few months to see what is available on market - comparison so many model and offer and Jeremy from Solargain took time to answered all of my question - Technical and other - got offer from 4 different provider and decided to proceed with Solargain as recommendation was not the most expensive system they offer , but the one after reviewing technical performance and review on internet was the most appropriate for us - installation professional and on time. We organised our solar install through Pure Electric, with Solargain being their chosen installers. We were very impressed by the Solargain install team led by Yousseff. They were prompt, courteous and hardworking installing all 20 panels and inverter in just one day. Highly recommend!

Installation was straight forward. I was happy to see installers wearing appropriate fall arrest harnesses. Company was very easy to deal with and I got what I wanted on time. Consultant gave several options based on costs vs output and explained the differences. Installation occurred on time and was completed without any issues.

After spending a week, trawling online through reams of solar information, I settled on three potential companies and asked for quotes from each. All responded but, from the first, I was most impressed by Solargain; they were informative and receptive without being the least ‘pushy’. At my request, they provided three separate quotes for different panel configurations and power generations. We went with a 5.6 kWp system. Prior to our commitment, the installer visited the house to check the roof and its heavy concrete tiles. Once we had signed, everything went like clockwork, not just to schedule but sometimes in advance of schedule. The installer was professional, conscientious and didn’t break a single tile (He also ground the back of the tiles he lifted to ensure that they sat absolutely flat when re-laid). The system is now up and running, and working perfectly. All those involved (sales consultant, coordinator and installer) were a pleasure to work with. At every stage I felt I was being kept in the loop, by both email and phone; any queries got immediate and full responses. AGL also saw to the installation of the necessary EDMI Smart Meter quickly and efficiently. We wondered whether it was worth paying extra for a Fronius monitoring meter but we were glad we did. When deciding whether to use the dishwasher or washing machine, it’s so easy to check on one’s mobile or laptop how much the system is currently generating, together with a lot of other useful information for managing the system to maximum advantage. All in all Solargain, Fronius and AGL - thoroughly recommended.

I got 6 kw system and it’s Working great and producing lots of solar power. The company and installers were very professional. Everything ran smoothly they put all the required forms in the process was seemless With competitive prices. Thanks again highly recommend company

From first contacting Solargain the service was great. Emails and calls were promptly answered by the sales team. The correspondence was very professional and thorough. The installation team were very friendly and completed the work neatly and they left nothing behind. The installation was partly completed due to rain, but the team was back earlier than planned to finish up and commission the system. We installed a power monitor with the Fronius inverter which has allowed us to monitor the system online or via an app. Has been interesting to watch what devices use power and how much. Would have no issues recommending Solargain and I have already shown the system to a few friends along with a recommendation to give Solargain a call.

We used Solargain in 2012 and again in 2020 to upgrade and expand from 3kW to 8kW. Great company with polite sales and service staff. Reasonable price and a high quality product.

The sales manager listened to my views on what I wanted to buy. He presented me with a range of options. The installation team delivered as contracted. The installation is performing as I expected.

The process went well despite the installation in the middle of the Covid 19 shutdown. It can be complex when dealing with the council as our club has a lease on a council owned building.

The experience I have had from Salargain has been 10 out of 10. Jordan Heath from their sales team was prompt, informative and communicated the product in a concise and informative way, in particular in a way I could understand! From the initial quote through to the final steps of installation, the Solargain team provided great service via responsive communication. The installation team ensured we understood the system before they left.

We had a 6.50 KWp system installed in May 2020. My wife and I did a lot of research of companies and products and got quotes from several Solar installers. What Solargain offered was what met our needs from the research and their price was competitive. The service from the sales consultant was accurate and timely in responding to emailed questions and phone calls. We were informed of date of installation and sent all the relevent paperwork. The installers were timely and let us know of when they would arrive. They were very professional and easy to work with, answering all of my questions and explained the system to us so we understood what was happening. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are happy to recommend Solargain to people looking to install solar panels.

The salesman was knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on which heat pump to choose. Both the plumber and electrician were very polite and punctual and kept us informed as to what they were doing ( turning off power and water ) when they were doing it. Great service. Really happy with the product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had an 8.2 kW system installed in October 2019 by Solargain, with a fronius inverter. Everything from dealing with sales to installation and then today to speak with their service department has been easy, and a pleasure. If you’re considering solar then I can’t recommend these guys enough.

My Experience was to replace my solar panels (not installed by Solargain) ruined by lightning. From the first phone call to the handover of a new system I can't fault Solargain. They made it so easy and stress free. Can't reccomend them enough. A special thanks to Evo.

Having just had the system installed I can only comment on the service at this time. I can only have the highest complements for Peter S (sales) and Josh M (installer) as they were great to deal with given mine was a new build and we had to change schedules a couple of times. This was no hassle for the people at SolarGain. Will review after we have had the system operating for 6 months. I chose SolarGain because they had good reviews, were local if something went wrong and were not hard sell as some of the other companies I approached. SolarGain are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for which is excellence. Don S.

The guys from Solargain were very professional, they were on time they explained what they were doing and included me in every decision along the way. They asked me where I would like the inverter fitted and set up the online monitoring for me. They did a great job fitting the panel on the roof, and cleaned up after they had finished. They didn’t even ask for a deposit when I first signed up. I just paid on the day. The whole process was very easy and straight forward. 3 days after they had finished the install, the Inspector came to check if everything was installed correctly and he said it was. They even contacted my electricity provider and organised the update of my Meter for me. Very happy with Solargain , I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get solar.
