Hi My problem was different.I have installed 10kw over the years.I had inverter web problem.even after 1 year Nicholas came twice and troubleshoot the problem without any hassle.The good thing is even till the end He was well comunicate and told me time and came within that time. We had the unit installed some two months ago and we are extremely pleased with the improvement in lighting in our kitchen area. The installation was carried out quickly and with a great degree of professionalism. We would highly recommend the product.

First off pricing was very competitive with a can do attitude. Technical backup and the ability to talk to someone who knows the product is very good. Installation of the panels and the battery were seamless with no issues. Someone is always available to answer questions.

The installation was quick and easy and now it looks absolutely FABULOUS. I am extremely pleased with the installation. My hallway was dark and gloomy and after it was installed it completely changed the look of the hallway. I did not know it was going to look THIS good.

Just has 6kw of Solar Edge PV and a Tesla battery installed by SolarBright!...absolutely brilliant service and installation...can' t recommend them more highly!

Installation was prompt and thorough. Solar package of 8kwt Lg panels and Fronius Inverter proved extremely competitive. We had 3 solar tubes fitted at the same time, done in a few hours, very neat and tidy install. The sales rep was helpful and not pushy with excellent communication skills. Not the cheapest price but I think they are worth it.

The discussion and planning prior to the start was excellent. When the job started the three (3) tradesman went about all tasks in a brisk and professional manner. At the conclusion of the day the site was cleaned and all waste was removed safely. The equipment and safety work was explained and suppoorted by papoerwork. Overall an excellent job done by professionals.

Panel installation process is easy and good, no issues about that. If you want to install good quality solar product such as LG and Hyundai, Solar bright is best company for professional installation. The best thing is everything will be schedule and installation as soon as possible after quotation.

From our first enquiry it was an easy process. The sales rep came to my home and suggested the best place and size of the dome. We could have talked for hours as he was very personable and professional. The day of install came and the installer was just as good. My wife and I found the dome was so great that we are going to purchase another one. A great job thankyou.

Installer came on time indicated that the larger 400mm unit was problematic due to roof structure. Installer recommended plan B which involved 2 x 250mm units. Installed with a a minimum of fuss. It took a 45 minute trip to go and pick up the new hardware and return. Installation was quick and job mess was minimal. The decision to use two 250mm units resulted in a better spread of light than had it been possible to install the 400mm unit. My only mark down was the time it took for head office to get back to me regarding an appointment time after having paid the deposit.

The quote was comprehensive and the installation of the panels was streamlined. The installers were on time, efficient and very courteous. We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish with Solar Bright.

We initially had a problem with the installation of the Skylight Fan, but SolarBright Staff were quick to assist and remedy the problem. We have no problem recommending this company.

Has been searching forever about solar installation, over 2 months on and off as there is so much retailers out there and has no backing, keep reading reviews, and found there is so many sales out there, found solarbright from reading endless reviews of good company, they have a legit website not a salesy one, has company background, made the brave move to contact for quote, Phil a non pushy bloke, gave more assuring insights of solar, and brands, and process very education and assuring, and backed by knowledge, which can be fact checked, got installed today after seeing Phil two weeks ago, and today Ben and his 3 member team knocked the door at 7am, nice and groomed, all tools and equipement are neat and you can tell the tradesmen are disciplined, used the whole drive way, when finish at 1:30pm, all rubbished is cleared, and as per nothing has happened, nice and clean. Except now we have panels on the roof and inverter on the wall, and finalised payment with Liliyan the whole team is professional, polite, don’t take my word, have a chat as for a quote and you will know first hand!

Through my neighbour Jurgen I managed to get in touch with Paul, every steps went smoothly and seamless from there. It took less than a week from enquiring, getting a quote, confirmation, making payment and installation and completion. During the process every one involved were very kind and helpful in answering every questions I asked. Also the company was very helpful in facilitating the process of application to change the meter with the energy provider.

I am just beginning my solar experience with Solar Bright, who I contacted after hearing ads repeatedly on 2CH, and decided to get a quote for additional panels on my new home from Peter Callander. Even though all contact has been by phone to this date, due to Covid 19 I am so far very impressed with the service, and feel that I am in very good hands for the installation, and have been very happy to date with prompt and honest suggestions as to the best system for my requirements. Installation will take place middle of August, and will update this review upon completion.
