Excellent customer service & Replace the factory faulty item in less than 3 days

We were looking to potentially upgrade our solar system, as we were dubious that our system of 15 years was up to scratch and our first experience with another provider was disappointing. We spoke with Jason and Angelo, representatives for Solar Today, at time that suited us and when we were both available. They listened, understood our situation and then after careful consideration advised us that we should not mess with replacing our existing old solar system. This was a delightful surprise and almost unheard of - in this day and age to deal with someone that is not just hellbent on selling anyone a brand new solar system, but that can simply give good, honest, genuine advice. I've only given 4 stars - purely because we didn't end up buying their product, otherwise 5 star all the way. thanks sincerely Jason and Angelo.

We chose Solar Today for an install of a 20kW System for our small Accounting firm in Ringwood. From the very beginning, Administration staff were friendly and most helpful. We paid only a minimal Deposit for the Solar System – Solar Today insisted that we would pay when installation and inspection were satisfactorily completed. Installation was completed in a timely, effective and efficient manner, by knowledgeable staff. They were more than happy to answer any questions that we raised. The service from the Solar Today team was exceptional! Even after completion, Management turned up within half an hour upon request to assist our Electrician with the usage Monitoring. We are very satisfied that quality equipment has been installed, and that the installation has been performed to the highest professional level. I highly recommend Solar Today to assist you with your Solar needs. Well done to the Solar Today Team! You are an asset to your industry!!
