As you know we got three quotes for 10kw systems we chose you because of the very informative and unbiased information you gave you kept in touch with us over the 2 months we took to decide which company and products to use and at no time felt pressured. Once we made the decision to go with solar tech you got on to it straight away with install done within 2 weeks, Tyler and his off sider who carried out install were friendly and completed install in 1 day and explained how it all works and all about the wifi monitoring. I purchased and had installed solar panels for my home in Burleigh waters QLD. After doing a bit of research on Solar panels and having them before on my previous home, Solar Tech was my choice . Highly recommended. Joe was amazingly helpful in getting our system configured and installed, even with supply shortages due to Covid19. We were regularly updated and supplied with data on upgraded panels as the need arose. The price was competitive and didn't vary from the original quote. WHY Electrical did an amazing job of the install with attention to detail. All in all a very happy experience.

I can say that when it comes to solar i am easily the most difficult customer one can come across. I know what i want, I am knowledgeable (when it comes to solar), i know the cost of things which means i'll haggle and i want things done perfectly, in time on budget. Joe and I had nothing but setbacks on our commercial 3phase + TripplePower battery install. From having to change contractors, to extended energex approvals to managing supplier stuff-ups and delays. Nothing went according to plan. I lost it several times but Joe has always kept respectful and reassured me throughout, that he will, (despite being at a loss) complete the job as agreed. 100% I can certainly testify to that and today i am an extremely proud owner of a SolaX 3Phase Hybrid system which was done done perfectly and on budget if not time. Joe was patient as I took about a month researching and finalising what panels and inventor I wished to run, he always was available to discuss my options and give homiest feed back with my questions. I ended up settling on Trina mono panels and a Solax invertor, instillation process was smooth and as expected. I have spoken to Joe a few times after the install and my brother in law has since also had Joe stall the same system at his property. Definitely recommend
