A very satisfying experience in dealing with a supplier. I also went to Solar Tactics based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. A very quick quote, a very reasonable one at that compared to the two I had, and from the moment I decided to go with them things moved very fast. They uploaded the quote to Victorian Solar; they were even faster with overnight approval. Dennison moved the installation date to suit me, and within two weeks all installed and ready,. and within another week I was exporting power !! The process did not have a hitch, and the installation appeared to be very professional, with Dennison ready to explain and accommodate any of my requests. Another plus was that Alan wasn't the quintessentially pushy sales person that you constantly worry about, if at all not pushy enough !! My Longi + Fronius system is working fine so far from mid-May, Unfortunately I cannot guarantee how it will be over the years, but I have faith that Solar Tactics will not let me down if I have a problem. I wish them well.

The whole process has been really good and seamless. Great experience from the quoting process to the actual installation. Dennison definitely make the installation process look simple and easy. Great service and communications, mine was installed back in March 2020, haven't had any issue so far.

Amazing work by Dennison and team, the efficiency and quality of work absolute top class. 3kw system with 9 panels installed within a day, system up and running straight away with a solaredge app to track generation. My energy provider contacted me the next day, and a solar meter reconfiguration happened on the same week, all paperwork and documents dealt with by Solar Tactics. The follow up call after installation was also greatly appreciated, could not be any happier with the result, will recommend to all my friends and family who are thinking about solar!!

Solar Tactics are patient and will answer any questions you have given that solar is a complex system, and you are likely to install once in your life-time. There was a lot of email and verbal communications to help me make an inform decision; there were no hard sales tactics. They are a pleasure to deal with, punctual with a quality installation. TL;DR - Highly recommended installer

The process from selection and building a detailed scope was precise with the right solution and price for my need. Then planning the job was prompt. Friendly on time service delivering and installing the system to my roof. Very honest in their advice that i do need extra components and i was refunded for them. After that they keep in touch to make sure i receive my documentation and submitting my paper work for the power retailer. Finally after service calls with very friendly replies supporting me. Highly appreciate their work and fully recommend them for anyone.

I only wish all companies were as good as this, I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Solar Tactics. From the initial phone calls they were very informative and never pushy, providing the right advice. The quote was the best from several installers, and using quality equipment. They helped me with any questions I had regarding the rebate process, and made sure that I was able to get the rebate done quickly - avoiding any delays. The installers were the best tradies I've had on site (and being a new house I've had quite a few) - they were prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable and clean. The work has been carried out to an outstanding standard. After installation they've also helped out by organising the grid connection with my electricity retailer and sending them the required documentation so I can start feeding into the grid quicker. If you don't go with Solar Tactics you've only got yourself to blame!

We have engaged Solar Tactics company twice, their solar installation work and their service exceeded our expectation. We used Solar Tactic one year ago and we were very happy with their work, the first solar installation has been working perfectly and we have not had any issue. The second installation was also as per our expectation, the whole team (Alan, Dennison and Peregrina) was truthful and effective, they are one of the few good one around in the solar industry. From the very start of our process Alan was great to deal with nothing was an issue. Dennison then made our installation day worry free the workmanship was top level. Great family-run business. We got a few different quotes for solar installation in Brunswick, and did a lot of research, and ended up going with Solar Tactics. It was the most reasonable and was also the highest spec.

What an amazing family running this business. Alan was most helpful. Dennison and his gang went about their job in a most professional way. We had an issue that arose soon after installation and Dennison was on hand so quickly to resolve matter. What a wonderful family owned business. Alan and Dennison where a pleasure to work with, they were attentive understanding and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective solar power customers. Their crew were friendly neat and tidy and after completing the installation left our property neat and tidy. They were most helpful in assisting us choose our solar and we are now enjoying the benefits of there work. I shopped around and spoke to several solar companies prior to choosing Solar Tactics and I am very pleased I went with them.
