Nitin was always available to answer all my questions and worries. He responded to emails and phone calls even on weekends! With customer service like this we know our after service for our solar is in good hands.
Throughout covid restrictions he kept me updated with installation timeframes and as soon as restrictions lifted he managed to get his team in and finished the 10.35kw system in a day and half. It was a great experience. He also helped us setup and explain how to use and read the solar app.
The office took care of everything with my electricity provider and i had nothing to worry about. We can already see our feed in tarriff on the day after installation. I would really recommend giving SolarPath a call and get a quote from them first if considering solar, i have done all the hard work weeding out the rogue ones. Thank you Nitin and team. Very happy customer.

Tuesday 21st September, 2021Rayo Uvero from New South WalesWhen looking for a solar system for my house I spoke with a lot of salesmen to get quotes. Nitin from Solar Path set himself apart with the rest with the depth of technical knowledge of the systems and the industry, and was super patient with my millions of questions and was willing to go through comparisons of quotes from other companies (honestly breaking down the good and the bad). We ended up getting a good deal on a brand new 6.6kw Solar Edge Inverter system with Optimiser and LG Mono X panels.
Unfortunately, this was not the firstly agreed upon system as the installer was unable to install as per the original quote/design. Understandably this was during a time that site visits for quotes were not really possible due to COVID restrictions, so had to work solely off satellite imaging for the quote/design initally. Every other company had proposed basically the same design to me as the original, so this would have been an issue had I decided to go with a different company anyway.
However, Nitin was on the ball and quickly proposed an upgrade that solved all the problems (moving from string Inverter to Optimisers) at a great price. He had arranged for all the equipment to be delivered and ready, so that it could still be installed the same day. After that small hiccup, the installation went well and I generated ~ 33kWh on two really sunny spring days and around 20-25kWh on a normal/a bit overcast day over that week. Pretty wrapped with the system as the additional cost for the Inverter/optimiser upgrade will easily pay itself 2-3x over the life of the system. Now we are just waiting for the energy company to install the smart meter in a 1-2 weeks to take advantage of the feed in tariffs.
We also got a great deal on the solar ventilation fans which were installed at the same time as the solar system. The house is noticeably much more comfortable in warmer days, and the kitchen doesn't get too warm and muggy when we're in there cooking on a warm/hot day.
Solar Path have been around significantly longer than most other solar companies for a reason, and they don't just do the solar panels but have other solutions for lighting and ventilation. They are in it for the long run and aren't the type to open a company to capitalise on the solar boom and then shut down so that you're left on your own should something go wrong. Save yourself the trouble and go with Solar Path! Definitely recommending Solar Path to all my family/friends for their properties!

I went through them. But, was not able to decide as I was left with quite few unanswered questions. Then I was referred to Solar path by my neighbour who had them installed two years ago.
I contacted them and was lucky enough to speak to Nitin, One of their technician.
He was very helpful, honest. He answered all my questions and he was always available when I contact him before, during and after the installation.
The system is working perfectly and the App for the inverter is very useful.

It was winter when it's installed and the max peak output was rarely more than 2kw. However, with the spring approaching (and better weather condition), we can generally see the peak output over 3kw and sometimes very close to 5kw. According to the conversion rate, I think this is a good outcome.
The sales rep (Nitin) from SolarPath was very kind and explained the differences between the various panels and inverters, also answered the questions we have. We were also impressed with how quickly the whole thing got completed in 2 weeks (sales + installation) especially during this global COVID pandemic - thanks SolarPath!
Despite that we need to wait for the energy company to change the meter for another couple of weeks, a pipe hole was not patched and a roof tile was cracked (patched by installer but still leaks when raining), we are generally happy with the installation and its performance, and we would recommend you talk to SolarPath if you are looking.

First they did not price match couple other quotes I had for similar products, though after do extensive research and meeting them in person, i came to realise they really are different then any other company. They showed and proved to me certain companies why they cheap in which helped me a lot to build confidence.
I strongly suggest booking this company over the other cheap ones in the market if you want something for long term.
