4 Feb 2020We’ve has a 450L system for 7 years no troubles. A week ago we had problems with hot water so I called the number on the side of the tank and spoke to the service team who were very helpful and prompt. They helped arrange a plumber for me who performed a maintenance service to flush out the filter and the problem was fixed. Great service and communication, thanks guys!

6 Jan 2020I’ve wanted to make the change to a solar hot water system for awhile now and have spent much time inquiring at several different companies. I spoke to Mel and Jane at Solar Lord who were able to answer all my queries about how the system worked with the U-tubes and how the rebates worked. The installation process went smoothly and after having the system installed since August last year I have been more than impressed with the hot water service. I was initially worried about how a solar water heating system would perform in winter but it has exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the team for their help and patience with me and the competitive price.
