I cant thank you enough. Justin talked me thru everything and explained what would go on, he was so patient to older people, and explained the paperwork. Then the team of installers came, and they were so good. The did a really neat job, its looks great, they cleaned up everything, and then explained the system to me. The office girls were lovely, they send you emails telling you what is going on all the time. Overall, wonderful, Team would love to recommend SOLAR Dimension for their attention to detail, and professional service. A friendly business.

After service support has been very difficult, un answered or returned calls or emails, took negative feedback and multiple visits from installers to get all the monitoring equipment required. I originally gave a 1 star review, but have ameneded it after the work was completed (2 months later)

What a well organised process!! Everything was explained prior to start.Thank you Zoe for answering my many questions on the different sized systems to make the right choice for us. On site issues sorted quickly with the electrician (change of inverter and panel locations) .. all for the better .. Mick told me he was the best electrician in town, can't argue with that after the handover of the system and explanation of electrical changes in the metre box. Keen to see how the system performs going into the hottest months of the year. Usually the biggest of our bills. If i knew it was going to be this easy I would have called Solar Dimensions earlier!!

Solar dimension has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Daniel and Zoe have provided us with excellent advice and fantastic products. After installation they have been great for support and answering all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Our usual summer electricity bill in the past has been around $900. Thanks to solar panels and a battery this is down to below $150. During the cooler months we have enjoyed not having a power bill at all! Cannot recommend Solar Dimension enough! Thank you for everything you have done for us.

We had a double system put in with Solar Dimension and haven't looked back. Saving so much money on electricity. They definately know their stuff and have great after care. Especially knowing they are a local company.

Signed up in November 2018 with 13.2kw system and has been awesome. Fronius did an update an put our solar to only draw power an not offset to the grid. Contacted Zoe and informed her of the issue. Straight away she knew it wasn’t right and passed her my bill to look at. Zoe’s response time was amazing and immediately decided to send James the electrician around to resolve the issue. James was awesome and easy to talk with. Anyone who wants great solar, great service and great solutions. These guys are highly recommeneded!! Absolutely!!! They sell the NEED!! Very detailed information on “what’s in it for the household” having a Solar. What Zoe have shown to us (computations) is what we actually got!! I have recommended them to many and still doing it up to now!

I would recommend Zoe and Daniel - Solar Dimension a hundred times over!! They truely are amazing!! They really take the time to get to know you and figure out exactly what you need. They will go above and beyond and it’s just heart warming to deal with such caring people. I used to dread seeing my power bill, and now I get excited. we are saving close to $300 a bill now and couldn’t be any more thrilled.

Upgraded the system to 6.5 kw and had battery installed,some problems,no ones fault,but kept informed at all times,all up and running,great group to do the job
