I had Solar installed by another installer and whilst he did a good job when it came time for some warranty work blocked my calls and wouldn't respond. It was a pretty complex problem only SolarEdge approved installers could solve so most solar companies I contacted had no idea what I was talking about. I called Solaire Connect and they immediately understood what I was talking about and even thou it wasn't their problem they took control of the situation including liaising with the manufacturer and got my problem fixed for a very reasonable price. I'll call them next time I need some electrical or solar work done for sure.

Simply awesome!! From initial contact through to installation the were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Arrived on time swift installation, cleaned up after the job Couldn't ask for more thanks guys!!

Highly recommended. Arrived on time and did a very neat job. Very helpful and the system is working well. The inverter and power board were on opposite sides of the house, so some extra power cables ran across in the roof space. These cables were fixed tidily along the joists - not just thrown down like most sparkies do.

The system was a little more than other but after checking how how long the were in the game, I know it was not like these other pop up installers giving great deals to get in and get out. I got quality equipment installed wt a high standard and to me that's saving in the long run. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend Solaire Connect! I had an urgent situation that came up with my solar system, and was desperately calling around trying to get someone out to replace a panel at short notice. Most of the other companies I tried didn't get back to me, or got back to me days later when the whole topic was redundant, or were very pricey. Lynne and the team at Solaire Connect were/did none of these things. I really appreciate the attention to detail (remembering all the factors that were important for me, but not something that even fell within their remit), excellent and prompt phone and email communications, EXCELLENT price, speed in sourcing the correct parts, working with a non-technical person like me, efficiently passing all the info between the office and tech guys (who did the job), and a calm, smiling and patient team who calmed me down! And all of that while dealing with all their other customers (they squeezed me in extremely early one morning before their first job). A real gem of a company, you don't find these very often! Had Solaire Connect purchase and install an air con unit for me, fast turnaround and great job. Very easy to deal with particularly Ben.

Solaire connected through a tradie hire app and managed to install our new, replacement aircon within 10 days, instead of the 4-6 weeks quoted elsewhere. Installer was early, thorough and professional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience with Solaire Connect. I was initially attracted by the high end components that they use. Danny came out for the initial quote. He was personable and friendly and was active in responding to my email queries following the initial meeting. They handled all applications for REBS and Western Power. The solar contractor to install (Radiant Electrical) completed the install within a couple of hours! They adhered to social distancing and had no need to even enter the house. Its been running flawlessly for a week now. I highly recommend this group.

I finally chose Solaire Connect for my solar panels after contacting 6 businesses. They came as one of the three from Solar Quotes, who have an amazing library of articles helping us work out what suits us best. Solaire Connect was helpful, knowledgeable, relaxed, always quick to return phone calls and emails with questions answered. The installation team ran with German like efficiency. Now I can't wait to get my app to gloat over the amount of power I'm generating.

The Solaire Connect team provide an excellent service. They provided accurate information about the panels and inverters they quoted and a neat report on the estimated system performance specific to my house. They only deal with good quality products so before you're tempted to get some super cheap system that won't last, get in touch with Solaire Connect! The installation team arrived on time, were friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I'm happy to recommend Solaire Connect to anybody :)

Solaire Connect first installed a 2.5kW system at our property in Edgewater (WA) during February 2010. That system generated power for slightly more than nine and a half years until the inverter finally failed during September 2019. By the time the system failed it had easily paid for itself plus some, and so we chose to have Solaire Connect install a new 5kWh Solar Edge SE5K inverter with 22 Solar Edge SPV300-60MMJ panels and Modbus meter system from in early October 2019. The new system is now producing approximately 40kWh of power per sunny day, and even though we will now only be receiving the basic grid feed-in tariff from Synergy, I estimate that the system should return our full financial investment in 5 to 6 years.

Excellent service and great products. Fast install of our solar power system and better than I had thought possible. Highly recommended.

We considered getting a larger solar system for the last couple of years. During this time we enquired and received a lot of quotes, some of these were extremely cheap, alarming so. Straight from the first visit Solaire Connect were nothing but highly professional, informative and honest. We had our new system installed in February this year. Although we had a couple of minor technical difficulties, both were sorted really quick with no extra charge and as it worked out neither of the issues were related to anything Solaire Connect did. One was actually caused by poor quality work that was performed years earlier. Kev and the team deserve every award for their quality of service.

Had our panels installed today Yaaay . Super efficient, super friendly, super clean, super polite from everyone involved. We've had some over and above service delivery from these guys. I honestly can not speak highly enough of the team at Solaire Connect. If more business were operated like the guys it would be fantastic. They excel in a crowded market. You will not regret using them

Just had my panels installed from sales to installation handled extremely professionally. Great to have a non pushy sales person and explain the pros and cons and the to have installers carry out a professional job leaving my place nice and clean. Highly recommend this company

We had an air conditioner installed two and a half years ago. Recently while cleaning the return air filter, I noticed the ducting had come away sucking in hot roof space air. Solaire Connect gladly came around promptly and fixed the installation by adding some more suitable ducting. Very professional and reliable installation from the company and staff

The whole experience was so easy from the start. Lisa in the office was great. She arranged everything and was happy to answer any questions I had. The guys doing the job arrived on time and were very friendly. They were very neat and tidy and explained the whole system to us. Definitely recommend Solaire Connect to friends and family.

Just had a system installed this week. Everything handled very easily and smoothly from my first enquiry to completion of the installation. Very tidy installers. Very pleased with our choice of Solaire Connect and the system they have installed. Would recommend them to anyone considering a solar installation.

We have just had panels installed and from start to finish we’re very happy with the professionalism and efficiency shown. The technicians arrived and got straight to work, very polite and friendly. There was no push or hard sell which I really appreciated.

Kev, I just wished to say thank you for the removal of our existing non functioning air-con system today and the installation of our new Fujitsu system. What an amazing experience!! As I am not a fan of sales spiels and BS I chose your company for the personalised service after word of mouth referral. My decision was based on the product offered, the impression you made when you arrived on-site punctually with a ladder and ready to go, you took photos in my roof space, identified issues with my existing system and provided alternatives for full replacement of my system backed by a written quote outlining all inclusions and itemised costs. As someone who has spent the majority of my life in customer service, you simply outdid your competitors and outdid pricing by not adding in those cheeky costly extras that competitors charge premium pricing for and say you need. Add to this, the team of absolute professionals that attended today to complete the work of removing the old system and installation of the new, along with the electrical fit-out and commissioning of the new system and it has been a truly positive experience. Nobody would ever be prepared for the cost of a replacement air-con system, but you took some of the pain away with great service and a job well done. Thank you for everything. Please pass on my gratitude to the team who attended today and I will not hesitate to recommend Solaire Connect to my family, friends and colleagues. P.S. Had our Solar panels installed November 2017 and was really impressed with the awesome service at the time. Cant believe our electricity savings now, way higher than expected! Called Solaire today as banging noise on roof during these high winds, thought it maybe something to do with panels. The guys came out within the hour, checked it out using the drone! Found our problem......aircon pipe, not solar panel! Excellent customer service from the whole team from admin to the guys on the job! Thanks!

Can't give enough accolades to Solaire. Kev was great - no pressure and was very patient with us - we asked lots of questions and he always took the time to explain everything. We did look at cheaper systems but decided on the SolarEdge and REC Twin optimised system - 6.55Kw with 5Kw inverter. Ordered on a Tuesday and booked in the following Monday. Installers arrived on time and were courteous, professional and very accommodating. System installed and generating power within 6 hours on a 2 storey house. They cleaned up and took all rubbish away - even the broken tiles. I would recommend Solaire to anyone wanting a high quality product and professional installation.
