A very comfortable experience with this company. Installation was flawless and so professional on my 140 year old house with limited roof space. The new longer length panels were perfect with a rich black colour looking smart on the areas where they can be seen. The rest hidden cleverly. Very happy with 6.6kw. A great professional job with very nice polite and helpful installers.

A 5 star rating is not high enough for the quality of service received from Solahart Newcastle, the most positive experience from first phone call asking for a quote to install solar panels at my residence. We got a few quotes and took our time to decide Solar was a ‘go’ for us. Chose Solarhart as they offered and organised financing, installation and liaised with the energy company. Did have to call a couple of times to get ball rolling but once confirmed all was organised and done in the timeframe as given to us by Solarhart. Everyone was informative and communicative and patient with our questioning. Now we are up and running and love being able to use the Solar Edge app to see how we fair each day! Am actually excited to see how significant in change our energy bills are over the next few months!

We had several quotes provided to install 8.8kw solar system but chose Solahart . If you do your research you will see that the product provided by Solarhart is head and shoulders above . We had 2 quotes of similar price but it was truly like comparing apples and oranges , the product quoted by the other company for the same price was Solarharts base model not the 8.8kw system that was installed. Very easy process from first inspection to installation, constant communication throughout the process, each member of Solarhart provided details of their arrival and where on time and did a fantastic job. We could not be happy with our experience throughout this process and if you are considering installing solar I highly recommend choosing Solarhart

If your looking for solar give these guys a call. Was really impressed from the begin with all the info Rodney gave us. This was the main reason for choosing the solarhart products after months of research and costings. There are lots of great products out there but I really love the all black look of these panels and the features of the Solaredge are outstanding. Install was quick and clean plus the installers were polite and did a top job, shout out to Sam. Make sure you checkout the solaredge product as it has so many benefits to list, the image attached shows me detailed info at anytime on the system.

The service and support has been beyond my expectations. The install had to be delayed due to a damaged roof but this wasn't a problem. Knowledge of Liam was great and he helped every step of the way. When it came time for the install we were in the middle of Covid with local area cases. I asked for the installers to wear masks and they did. They were polite and hardworking. They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in language I could understand.

Recently contracted Solahart Newcastle to install panels and water tank. Have been pleased with ease of communication with the company, happy to report they were prompt, polite, and reliable on day of install. Spoke with my electricity provider today re meter exchange and all necessary paperwork received and progressing. A smooth operation to date.

We needed our hot water system to be replaced urgently. Rodney Clare was very obliging, confident and helpful. He set the wheels in motion and by noon the next day our new Solarhart Hot Water system had been installed and was functioning. We were very impressed with the speed of the workmen. They left the site clean and tidy. Very impressive. My wife and I say Thank You very much to all the Solarhart team.
