If you do your research you will see that the product provided by Solarhart is head and shoulders above .
We had 2 quotes of similar price but it was truly like comparing apples and oranges , the product quoted by the other company for the same price was Solarharts base model not the 8.8kw system that was installed.
Very easy process from first inspection to installation, constant communication throughout the process, each member of Solarhart provided details of their arrival and where on time and did a fantastic job.
We could not be happy with our experience throughout this process and if you are considering installing solar I highly recommend choosing Solarhart

From the start Rodney at Newcastle Solarhart was easily the most helpful, giving us plenty of information to research and giving us the room to make decisions.
The head installer Sam was just brilliant. All the guys on site were polite and left the job clean. No issue was too hard for them to rectify.
After looking at the different systems available from each company, cost outlay, equipment quality, warranties through to what each system will achieve the solaredge product and premium panel Solarhart have to offer made it an easy choice. Not to mention the length of time Solarhart have been in business, gives me a sense of security they will still be there if I need them, something the newer guys could not.
Would highly recommend the Newcastle Solarhart team. Make sure you ask about the Solaredge product as it has so many benefits other systems will struggle to compare with.

I received the quote within 24 hours and accepted the price.

The crew turned up first job on the morning as promised and carried out the installation in an efficient tidy manner.

My OP HWS was pronounced dead early on Friday afternoon. I was looking at replacement options and was pretty much decided on a Sanden split system heat pump but thought that I'd look at solar too.
I called Solahart and Anthony was there within a couple of hours at the time arranged. He explained his offerings without being pushy and left without seeking any commitment. He did offer to either install a new system the following day or provide us with a temporary system, so that we'd not be without hot water over the weekend.
Having mulled over the options, we decided that solar was the way to go. I called Anthony and accepted his quote. He got back to me within the hour; he couldn't get his trades together for a Saturday install, so he'd have the temporary system installed that evening. Sure enough, Graham was there within the hour with a functioning second hand HWS and it was up and running by dinner time.
On the agreed day, the team arrived with the new system. As we were taking the opportunity to move the tank nearer the kitchen, there was a bit more than usual work. Nothing was too much effort and all work was done very neatly. The system was commissioned and they were off site just after lunchtime.
It's too early to say what we are saving but as we were spending between $200 and $300 a quarter on hot water alone (Off Peak 2), I am confident of a short pay-back period for our investment
