We got 13.2Kw system installed using two Growatt inverter and forty Risen 330w halfcut panels. We chose the position of the Panels and the inverters to which Scott and the installer where happy with. Scott is very good with the knowledge of the products and very competitive with price. The install team were great. Minimal disruption to the power when terminating. Which of corse is expected. All panels where up and connected in one day. We had to wait for our power supplier to up grade all our meters to which was done in a couple of hours on a separate day after solar install. So far the system is working very well. So glad I went with Smart House Solar. Didn’t have to organize anything. Scott did it all. Easy communication by text, phone, or email.

Promptly resolved my issue logged with the team within a few hours. Welldone on good customer service. Follow-up phone call and email to advise that issue was resolved was much appreciated.

The whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy. There we delays on our panels but they offered us at no cost so our install date wouldn’t be pushed back. Every person we dealt with was informative and friendly. Would recommend

Price is competitive. Process is smooth. Installation guys are courteous and accommodating. The whole process from inquiry to installation took less than two weeks. Now just waiting for energex o do their bit and so I can see the savings.
