Smarthouse very easy to deal with they were very informative when we needed to know anything, the installation went to plan with no problems the guy's were friendly and professional. Great service, great installation. Smart House Solar were on top of the whole process since I started. I definitely would recommend them. They even upgraded my solar system for free.

The whole process of solar panel installation was well organised with detailed information and instructions though it took a bit longer time to get Ergon to send electricians to connect to the grid than expected.

Would highly recommend smart house solar. An excellent company to deal with. They take the time to listen and liaise with you till the job is completed. Great staff and very pleasant to deal with. Excellent product.

From start to finish the attention to each detail by Max and his team was excellent. SHS gave me the the quotation for the panels and inverter I was looking for. I was given the 4 options of installers to choose from and the installation was carried out within 10 days after paid the deposit. The installers arrived on time and completed installation within 4 hrs due to tile roof. Would highly recommend SHS to anyone who intends to do solar installation. They’ll definitely go above and beyond your expectations. Awaiting for the first energy invoice.

We received many quote's from different suppliers. Smart house Solar was not the lowest quote. They stated on their quote that they would match any written quote. We chose not to take advantage of this offer, as during the whole process they always answered any enquiries promptly and efficiently. We chose Smart House Solar because of the way all enquiries were efficiently and promptly dealt with. We felt they were more professional in the way they handled the lead up to and the instillation. The instillation was carried out well within the day. we were out when they finished and energized the solar panels. We were pleasantly surprised with the neatness of the instillation, but more importantly. not a scrap of paper or electrical wiring etc. anywhere. Very professional, well done.

From start to finish we had a good experience with Max Marrison and the team who installed our system. It was good to be able to get the Fronius Inverter that we wanted. The young blokes doing the install were very competent, friendly and cleaned up after the job. Have no problem in recommending Smart House.

Very efficient installation company. ( Apex Solar Townsville) Nil issues with either sales or installation. Would highly recommend a middle of the range system which I purchased but while it was only linked to the grid recently being one month after system installation I should advise potential customers living in the North Queensland region, to be prepared for a considerable wait time to allow for Ergon to do their job and simply change over the usage meter !! Says something about lack of competition up in the Queensland tropics.

I sent a quote request on a Saturday afternoon, got a call within the hour. Everything went so smoothly, from the quote, explaining all the way to installation. It actually went too well, so much so that I was worried I’m being scammed. Recommend them to anyone!

I upgraded from a 3.5 KW system to a 9.9 KW solar panel system .I rang around different companies for quotes and Smart House Solar was the most professional in explaining the procedures and the quality of their products. My salesman , " Max Marrison " was just great with matching a previous quote. The inverter is high quality , a Growatt which is the same brand of my old inverter which I had no problems with it in 8 yrs and still working the day they remove it. I order my 9.9 KW solar panels on a Friday and next Friday they were installed by the installers. They were here on time and the installation went smoothly without any problems. The installers removed my old solar system and disposed of it. The installers were great in explaining things to me and setting up the app on my iPhone and iPad. I have no hesitation in recommending a such a professional company. I am looking forward to say good bye to my high electric light bills.If you are seriously looking at purchasing solar panels look no fervour then Smart House Solar. Keep up the good work guys.

Dealing with max marrison was so simple and this company. The price on system was so good and brands are known. The company I don't think there good......... I think there great. Worth it

Smart House Solar was a efficient and pleasant company to work with. My solar was installed in the time period they notified me off and Smart House Solar staff checked several times on the day to make sure the work was being completed correctly.

I was referred by a friend to Smart House Solar but I did my own research as well and knew what I wanted. So I requested them a quote for the system that I was looking for and they provided me with the cheapest price that I had received ever for the same system with exactly same technical specifications. However, I decided to go ahead with Smart Solar system as my friend also was very happy with their job. The whole process went very smoothly. David , the sales manager knew their product and presentation was well done. Installation was excellent by Jayesh and his team, very professional and on time. Handover was explained well, all arrangements with Energex and installation of meter went well no issues at all. System working great. Would highly recommend

Unfortunately the installers had to leave before the Installation was completed and my only option was to make contact with the technical officer. While I am now satisfied with the work done, I was let down by having to install the monitoring system myself. If not for Pearl So, her wonderful communication and knowledge skills, my experience would not have been quite as good. Thank you Pearl for a job well done.

Smart House Solar were quick to contact us back when we were seeking quotes for a 6.6kw system. Very competitive on the prices for the Brands we selected. Gave options for cash payment or 24 month finance. Once contract was signed the Solar system was installed within 2weeks. Installation team was punctual, friendly and explained what they would be doing and double checked optimal panel placement. Job was done within the day and was extremely neat. All rubbish was removed and areas left tidy. Installation team assisted with setting up mobile phone app, for the inverter also.
