I got a really good experience with them, was hesitated at the beginning when seeing the review, but overall their customer service before and after installation is excellent, I give the credits specifically to Jean, my customer assistant. The installation was done by a high review contractor. The solar market is very competitive especially after digging down to whirlpool and realized it also a biased place in regards to solar installer and retailers. I am about to get a second system installed.

Very happy with the installation of our system, paid a deposit 3 weeks later was booked in for installation. Now the system is producing up to 40KW a day on a sunny day. Latest bill reduced by approximately 60% due to the solar installation. Very happy with the over all service and installation would highly recommend Skylight Energy to others.

Would not recommend. Don;t use this company. Supplied wrong type of inverter for our house, After consultation with Electricity and Water Ombudsman, Office of Fair Trading and ENERGEX, we have been left with a solar system, installed in 2018, which is not certified, not installed according to ENERGEX standards and advise. Had three other solar installers inspect the job, all confirmed the components supplied and installation where incompatible and not to ENERGEX standard. Following threats of legal action, debt collectors we have refused to pay for the system as they have not fulfilled the contract to design, supply and install a solar system which is compatible with our house (3 phase power), and according to ENERGEX standards.

The worst purchase experience I have ever had. The install was 3 weeks late and is still not complete 3 months on. Don’t trust this company they over promise and under deliver. The install was left unfinished and my yard like a rubbish tip. Don’t trust the salesman Steve he is not a man of his word and is not an expert in his field with numerous errors on what was promised. I have tried all levels of management and they are no better with responding to phone calls or emails. They have no customer focus steer clear of this company

Just had Skylight Energy install our new solar system. Very happy with their professionalism and great customer service. Kept us informed and installers were very professional and turned up when they said they would. Highly recommend this company
