Sky Solar has been amazing from the beginning. Their service has been impeccable, especially Tom who has been helpful and friendly and answered all the questions I had in regards to the solar panels and the rebate. He always responded so efficiently and made sure I was informed through the whole process. Isabelle has also been very helpful through this process. All in all, great company and great team! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

We found Sky Solar to be wonderful in their turn around to initial discussion to installation. The installers consulted with us our best options for max efficiency from our panels and explained everything as they installed the panels and converters etc. We would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing solar.

Spoke with Tom from Sky Solar Energy who came out after hours to discuss solar with our family. We told him we’d like a few more quotes and would get back to him at the end of the week. During this time, we received quote from other companies and none were competitive with Sky Solar Energy. We are happy with our purchase and have received our first electricity bill since the solar was installed. Glad to see our first bill of $64 !! Great price, great service and HONEST PRICING !

From the first enquiry to the singing off on our solar installation the customer service was amazing. Did a awesome job from start to finish. Great prices and made the whole process really easy.

I spoke to multiple solar companies with quotes ranging thousands of dollars and all explaining the different types of panels, inverters and relevance. Of all the quotes I received, Sky Solar was by far the most competitive, while also providing 6.5kW of panels with the 5kW inverter for better efficiency Vs other companies only providing 5kW of panels with a 5kW inverter (and still better priced). The electricians were friendly and quickly helped me to locate the panels in an attractive location so they didn't have to be split. The panels align perfectly with my shed and despite the usual eyesore of most street fronting solar panels, these look great and will now insulate my shed as well as put dollars back in my pocket.

Friendly, helpful staff from the salesperson to the installer and Rhaya in the office, who were easy to contact, spot on with their advice and did what they said every time. All up the installation process was easy and worked in with my renovations seamlessly. Add to that a competitive price made for a great overall experience.

Thanks Cam & Sky Solar Energy. Cam took his time to install our solar system, and explained how the system operates. After questioning him about different solar panels, he took the time to explain in detail why solar panels pricing range varied so much with each company you speak with. From start to finish this was a really good experience. Poor Leigh answered my million questions with patience and good grace, I liked his phone manner, his willingness and most of all his honesty. That got the sale. Chris and his team installed on time and did a neat job. Very happy indeed and at an excellent price too. How jolly was the aftersales lady who rung me to ask how everything went!!! Don't be worried to try these guys...you won't be disspapointed. :-)

Sky Solar Energy were Incredible from the beginning. Their Salesman explained everything and even booked appointment with to come to my property and have a close look and conversation about my solar system for my house. With all this taken into consideration, we discussed what would work best for us and decided on a plan. Their communication and assistance throughout the process of my instalment has been Excellent. Having delayed the installation of solar for year's, due to the value of the components and finding a competent company. After investigation along with our neighbors we found SKY SOLAR ENERGY to be an established credible company with an open door policy. The first meeting with Justin was encouraging and helpful. Just gave advice on a sound product, cost were realistic and service prompt. The installation was smooth, and the our team of Jarrod, Darcy and another lad had the job completed in good time. After Bob's 50 years in domestic building it is pleasing the future of the industry is in the hands of competent your trades.

Had Solar installed on Friday. Neat install and everything that they said was going to happen, happened. Also very happy with the cost as I think one of the better prices at the moment.

By far the best price offered out of all our quotes. The service and communication was excellent up till installation. We were expecting some hiccups along the way, but it was all smooth sailing.

We searched online for solar quotes and found a site which connected us to 3 solar companies. This process was far more confusing and frustrating than we expected. Each company gave conflicting information on their products and services and the price for the exact same system varied $1,000’s between each company. This left us even more confused and slightly turned off from solar. After a google search we contacted Sky Solar and spoke with Will who arranged a call back for a quote. Tom from Sky Solar called back and explained in detail about the solar industry and different types of panels and inverter available. It was finally comforting to receive honest information without any sales pressure. We chose to go with Sky Solar Energy based on the product, price and service. Our system was installed today by Jarrod & Darcy, who did an amazing job with our installation. The installation would have been completed sooner had it not rained. Thanks for waiting around till the rain cleared! I would recommend anyone who is interested in solar to contact Sky Solar Energy and speak with Tom. The price is very fair and by far the most competitive. I was told by competitors that the price was impossible and to be weary for bait & switch of panels on the day. We had our Solar system installed today by the guys from Sky solar.. .5.6kw and a Growatt inverter. The whole process went effortlessly from start to finish with the whole Sky solar team being very professional and competent. We were recommend Sky Solar by a friend. Justin came & gave a competitive quote which we were happy with & it was installed 2 weeks later. We liked that Sky Solar used their own technicians and didn’t contract out. Technicians arrived on time ( in fact a little early which was good) were courteous, informative & tidy.

In June 2018, I found a shattered solar panel on my 2012 solar system while doing some work on the roof. I rang my original supplier, Sky Solar Energy on (07) 32779888 Rocklea, Brisbane and spoke to Rhaya. Rhaya told me to send some photos of the damages over my cell phone. The warranty was approved without hesitation upon receiving the photos. How good is that? Most companies would tried to make all sort of excuses to get rid of you but no, Rhaya sorted out the warranty and today, 5th July 2018, the installers were on my front steps first thing in the morning and everything was completed in a few hours. After researching for a couple months trying to source the correct solar for my house hold, Rhaya from Sky Solar Energy pointed me in the right direction with their 6kw package and great pricing. We have had this installed for a few months and have noticed a huge savings in our first power bill and are expected to have further savings in the next full quarter cycle. Great product and great customer service from the team.

I did a lot of research into both the panels and inverters over several months before deciding to go with Sky Solar. Solar isn't something to skimp on as it will only cost you in inefficiencies over time but equally I still wanted to get good value for money. I didn't have to skimp going through Sky Solar as both the panels and inverter I chose are generally regarded as A+. The price of the package was approx $1500 cheaper than anything else I could find for the same product and not much more than the offers of inferior products. The installers turned up when they said they would, answered all my questions and completed the installation professionally as far as I can see. A positive experience all round.

My decision to install solar panel was a quick one, thanks for Max’s detailed explanation. As a salesperson, he is very professional, with all the knowledge in a solar system that can help customers to make the right choice. Despite the fact that there was a slight delay for installation due to miscommunication, they sort out the problem straight away, thank you guys very much. I firstly starting looking at Solar a month ago. I contacted heaps of different places, some dodgy ones with cheap rates that really were too good to be true, some that sold like old car salesmen...but just couldnt find the right fit. I called Leigh from Sky Solar - FINALLY someone that explained everything to me in Layman's terms. The price was good and he really stepped me through the process. On install, I had 2 very professional gentleman who did such a good job in such a short timeframe. The follow up has also been great with the after sales team. After getting a ridiculous quote from another company I contacted Sky Solar Energy who got back to me promptly and clarified a lot of the confusing and contradictory information I had been given, and also a very competitive quote. From the start I was given time and never felt any pressure to come to a decision. Pretty happy with the 5kW system. Installers came out and installed them all with minimal disruptions and no problems. I will be buying another system for my other properties. I would recommend the fronius inverter to anyone looking for budget solar system. My ROI is estimated to be 10 months.
