Well, l am extremely glad that l had 6.5 KW Solar Panel System installed by Sky Solar Energy. The energy produced is more than the energy consumed. It has 10 years warranty on both inverter and panels and 25 years performance warranty on the panels.
Furthermore, the services provided by the team was amazing. People l dealt with were Rhaya,Justin,Alex,Claire,Derek/Growatt and 2 young CEC Installers. Alex and Justin went straight on to Alinta Energy when l have problem dealing with them and resolved on my behalf.
After sales follow up was amazingly performed by Rhaya. She has exceptionally outstanding consumer service, friendly, efficient and provided me the certification and Wifi l needed. A massive ,massive credits for her. Well Done Rhaya. The Installers were friendly and productive where they were assembling the parts in the truck while waiting for the rain to stop. Claire was efficient with the account and Derek/Growatt solved the shine wifi issue(teething) and called back to check everything in good order. l can't complain because SkySolar Energy has a Brilliant Team.
l would definitely recommend to all my friends and families and rated 6 star.
