The sales process was smooth. The install information and updates was extremely poor and involved me chasing numerous times! The installers themselves very good and very informative. I certainly hoping to reap the benefits.

Shine Hub installed batteries on our existing solar system about 6 months ago and the results have far exceeded our expectations. We have reduced our power bill by around 40% and at this point are very happy. The standard of workman ship was exceptional and the finished product looks great. At this point I would highly recommend Shine Hub if you’re considering installing batteries.

Contacted for a quote, within 30mins had contact with them. A week later my panels were on the roof. Maybe an odd complaint, but only one I have is too many emails, keeping me up to date with what is going on. (19 in a week) Would recommend however as this is better than no updates.

Would like to send a big thank you to Jack. Jack has made the process of getting solar panels so easy. He has provided all necessary information from start to finish in terms I can understand. He is so passionate about his job and certainly deserves the best work headset available. Cheers!

Shinehub both over the phone and in person was professional. They explained how the service works and what we monitor the usage. They handled all the paperwork. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get Solar/Battery installed.

Jack was great went through everything throughly, and did not push me in to anything we didn’t need .

I was dealing with Thomas. He explained me very well about solar. He understood my requirement and suggested the right item. Very particular and compare to other brand it’s affordable. Just have ordered and now waiting.

I had not really considered a solar system in the past because it sounded too complex and I'd heard variable reports about suppliers in the market. However, upon seeing the ShineHub advertorial on the Channel 7 News it made me curious enough to register my interest. Shortly after I received a call from Grant Ferry, and he was very methodical in analysing our electricity usage patterns and he recommended a system that both fitted our needs and could even give us a credit on our future bills. I don't normally make decisions on matters like this over the phone but I sensed in Grant a degree of honesty and integrity that allayed any concerns that I was being 'taken for a ride'. The price he quoted me was a deal clincher too. Subsequent to that discussion I had an on-site Engineering Assessment and follow-up report. It is reassuring to know that there are still people like Grant and companies like ShineHub that do what they say they will.

We just had a consultation with ShineHub and can report it was a very positive customer experience. We spoke with Jack from ShineHub who was very knowledgeable about the products on offer. Jack answered all our questions and provided exceptional customer service, he is definitely a credit to your company. Even though COVID 19 delayed the process shine hub we’re great from start to finish keeping us informed throughout entire process even the installer was quick efficient and informative. Just in the early stages of getting our new 6.6kw solar system and 10kw battery system for our home and Liam from the sales team has been great. He has been more than helpful, easy to deal with and prompt in answering any questions I had. So far my experience with ShineHub and Liam has been a been a great experience and look forward to our new system getting installed.

The Solar installation guys Michael Kapatan and his offsider Dave were an excellent advertisement of how to run a job. They explained at the beginning the plan of action and then kept us in touch all the way through. They worked diligently and carefully and cleaned up at the end. My wife and myself could not be happier with Shinehub, their employees and the installation team. From the outset the Shinehub team were very professional, went out of their way to help us if required, and just showed a kindness towards us- the customer. Even after the install they still cannot do enough for us. Very commendable. I cannot speak highly enough about the installation team. Sunny and his team were the most professional team of tradesmen I have ever dealt with. They were courteous and they worked like a well oiled machine, little conversation between themselves and just got on with their part of the install and it all came together at the end. Very very professional, neat and tidy. We have not had an electricity bill since the panels have been installed, we have in fact received a credit of approx $30 - $50/month since. The panels and battery are definitely the best things we have installed in our home and we can finally get a deep freeze now knowing that we generate enough power to run it for free. The only downside is I did not purchase Blackout Protection so the battery does not supply the house in the case of a power failure. The generator still has to be used. If I did it again The blackout protection would definitely be purchased. The cost is minimal compared to the inconvenience. My fault entirely.
