R K Solar installed a 3.52kW Solar system with a Solar Edge HD Wave Inverter for me in January 2020. I chose REC panels as they had the best parts & labour warranty. I was impressed with their professionalism and the friendly staff. The system saved me over $200 on my last electricity bill. I am able to monitor the system on my phone over the internet in real time and have found this to be a useful feature as I get a good idea of how much electricity is being drawn by the various appliances.The system has been performing to my expectations. I will recommend R K Solar to anyone considering a new solar system.

Didn't think the job would get done but they were true to their word up and running on time we were impressed.

The only company who actually sent their sales person/consultant to my house to give me the quote, not just over the phone. Installation was done 3-4 weeks after accepting the quote. It’s longer than I expected but then again it’s pre-Christmas so I am not really complaining. Installation staff worked super hard on a hot day, and they were very polite. They cleaned up really nicely afterwards

New solar system. After many months of research on a new solar system we started to obtain quotations from number of companies. Our aim was to install a quality panels and inverters for our house. We also wanted a company that has been established for number of years and a solid service. Most of the companies provided quotes using google maps, RK solar made the effort to make an appointment and actually see our property and provided us with number of options and quotations. The price difference between the quotations that we obtain from four companies was from cheap to expensive. But you get what you pay for. RK solar wasn’t the cheapest but we felt that the quote was very competitive for the system that was installed. The other factor was number of years that the company was in business also having own employees for installation and not contractors. RK back office did all the paperwork that was required. Installation was completed without any issues. We would recommend this company to our friends if at anytime they need to install a solar system.

I would highly recommend, Kurnal was fantastic with advice and quickness of quoting as I kept changing size of system Kurnal would get new quote back asap, he came out and I paid deposit approval came back very quickly and install went ahead, the installers were great, quick and very helpful. RK Solar set up the mapping and now can see the savings. Very very happy with RK Solar and again highly recommend.

RK Solar is a company that I could not recommend highly enough. They installed 8kW of solar panels with a 10kW Sonnen Batterie (yes, that is how they spell it) system. This install happened in August 2018 and I couldn't be happier. I was one of the first customers that RK Solar went with in installing a Sonnen Batterie system. Whilst I have some reservations about Sonnen, there is no faulting RK Solar, their professionalism and customer service focus. They are not about getting the install done as quickly as they can and getting your money off you, but about ensuring you are completely satisfied with your install. Since the install, my highest quarterly bill has been $74 and my last one was a $14 credit. This system, and the quality of install are second to none. My recommendation is that if you go with a Sonnen Batterie, don't sign up to the Sonnen Flat program. You can always join later if your usage dictates. Regardless of any solar you want installed, you would be lucky to do any better than RK Solar.

I would highly recommend RK Solar. We were happy with the quote and the salesperson was very helpful explaining the various systems quoted, which made our choice easier. Customer service has been great and the installers were very polite and did a great job. I am now tracking the production of the solar panels and they all seem to be working well and lowering our electricity costs!

Right from order to the installation all went as planned. I had many queries at all stages, all were responded to professionally. After the installation I had an issue that though the production details were visible on the app, the consumption details were not - Kunal jumped on to resolve this issue. He gave me a committed resolution date, and met it. It is encouraging to note that you are being cared as a customer. I recommend RK Solar with all good words.

I typically don’t write reviews but RK Solar is definitely an exception. As we were about to close on the deal, I requested the company to include a walking rail on top of our Anytime Fitness building in Old Guildford. To my surprise, and as a gesture of building our relationship they agreed. Not only did they keep their word but they also ensured that it was done professionally from a roof specialist at no additional cost to me. This act alone is the definition of customer service. A large majority of businesses these days are heavily transactional but RK Solar isn’t, and it shows. I’m proud to have this relationship with them and even more proud of the fact that they are honest, reliable and always on time with their service. I’m very happy with my 61.32kW system from RK Solar and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We have installed a 91.12kW Solar PV System with RK Solar at our factory. They are extremely knowledgeable with solar. They were able to give us lots of useful information and answered all of our questions. The installation process was during our business hours for both the LED lights and the solar panel system, and it had minimal impact on our production. It was quick and easy. The solar panel system was easy to operate and monitor online. We started seeing savings on electricity bill straight away even during winter months. We are extremely happy with the system from RK Solar and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I undertook heaps of research before selecting RK Solar and it has paid off handsomely. They helped in system deign and installation was great. Two (no charge) after sales visits to fix minor issues were evidence of commitment to customer service. Kunal was excellent.

It was installed recently, communication was very good. All paperwork done on my behav. Installlers were friendly, and did the way I expected.

5 star`s +. Normally I don`t write reviews. But, NOW I have an exception. Engaged RK solar to install new 10 panel system, adding to existing 7year old 10 panel install. Result! BRILLIANT! Could not be happier! Crew turned up on a chilly 8 degree morning 7.30am. Brendan and his mate got on with the job, kept me informed of what was going on at all times. Install was as I wanted, where I wanted.(not like other potential B/S installer`s). Had a strict budget, RK came in under best offer that allowed me to add 2 extra panel`s. I thank Kunal in the office for putting up with delay`s due to having to get the roof area involved repaired/painted/weather. Brendan, did a check on original 7year install and was found to be going well, new install cranking out double more than old. I have NO hesitation in recommending RK solar.GREAT JOB.I could sit outside and look at the panel`s all day. Job all done, clear-up in 5hrs. Hope this review may go in some way to help you decide! Very happy with the work done and customer service. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after the job. Ying was the rep who approached us and gave us all the facts and figures then left us to decide, following up a few days later. I had a lot of questions and someone always answered our phone calls and email as I prefer everything in writing. No pressure at all so I found it surprising that others left a negative review about customer service and pressure selling. Thank you Ying. We are definitely happy to refer family to you.

Good service and product knowledge, I was mislead by another installer about the placement of the panels which was against CEC, this incorrect advise was pointed out to me by RK Solar. I recommended these guys for their service. I am very happy with the power generation for the Trina Solar panels and Fronius inverter.
