Panel installation when smoothly. Installers did not clean up the roof adequately, however, upon advising the head installer, someone came out within two hours, collected and checked the roof. Initially was quoted for cherry picker, paid deposit, however, was then advised cherry picker could not get in to do the work, and company offered a refund of deposit. I organised scaffolding and liaised with the installers who came out to site with the scaffold company to see options available. Overall, the matter of getting panels to the roof was solved, and everything went smoothly for a difficult job. - They did a great job for a good price. The final price quoted by the company did not include scaffold and I paid for the scaffold. I was happy.

Regen’s price and communication was excellent and the actual installation was fast. There was a small issue after installation which was resolved quickly and amicably. I would not hesitate to recommend Regen to friends and family.

I highly recommend using Regen power, the salesman Vedant was so knowledgeable about the product and helped me with what was best for needs. The installation team were professional, the 3 man crew led by Jarryd were at my premises bright and early and were finished in 2 1/2 hours.

The two technicians arrived with all the gear, bright and early and after a brief consultation on the locations, set to work. Within 3 hours assembly with professional skill they switched the unit on, and showed me how to access the readout data on my computer. It was all very impressive to watch.

Great customer service and installation from them. No issues and everything done correctly. Would recommend to my friends or someone else. Their are also competitive as well and explain everything on the quotation.

The Technicians who fitted the system were excellent with clean and tidy work completed along with an excellent verbal run through the system workings. I would not hesitate to recommend Regen Power to anyone as the techs and head office staff know what the products they are selling a fitting.

Regen Power has really friendly staff. They have thorough knowledge in the solar industry. Looking after the customers from start until installation finishes any stage. After the installation, the technician’ s demonstration were really useful.

If you are reading this it means that you are looking at a solar system and probably gather it isn't easy OR fun dealing with some these solar companies i am please to say regen power is not one of these companies From the start we were shown courtesy and respect. My first contact with regen power was with Vineeth Raj i found him very good to deal with, he was prompt on sending quotes out, he was prompt in returning calls and emails and always willing to answer any question and i asked a quite a few questions, Upon installation of new power meter i was given a install date but unfortunately it didn't work with us i ask for a another date and was given a date 1 weeks time which was perfect .The day of the install the installers were right on time and although weather was still pretty wild they said they will still do the install and try to work round the weather, they didn't just turn up and were going through the motions of doing a job, These guys were very professional, they look at the install plans but were concern about shading from a tree and asked if they could move the panels further along the roof line ,they even replaced some broken tiles they spotted as well .The whole insulation looks very neat and tidy, it was great dealing with regen power and the installers i highly recommend them

The two technicians who came for the installation were very friendly and proficient. They came on time, provided a detailed briefing on the monitoring process and left the place neat and tidy.

From the start we were shown courtesy and respect. Every aspect went smoothly and on time. It rained heavily and all day during the installation and the guys just put on wet weather gear and continued to work on the slippery iron roof. Removed old system and satellite dish to make the system fit on one panel of the roof not two as originally quoted, all the time keeping us in the loop and happy. We could have gotten the same size system cheaper but at what cost?Hasn’t missed a beat since installation and exceeding our expectations.

I had no issues with Regen Solar. From start to end the whole process was seamless. I was a bit apprehensive at the start after reading all the earlier negative reviews but it was all explained to my satisfaction. The installers were very professional finishing the work efficiently without leaving any mess behind. Price was also reasonable . I was taken through the process beforehand and knew exactly when what was going to happen,friendly consultant.The installer that came to my premises was friendly and explained every step as they installed the panels and afterwards installed the app for monitoring and explained the content.Happy with every aspect of Regen powers service and can see why they have been in business for more than 17 years!

I had a 10kw inverter and Tesla Powerwall2 installed. The installer was first class. I am really happy with the system. The Tesla app is fantastic. You can see exactly how much power you are generating, storing and using.

Everything in regards to the process of our Solar installation with Regen Power from beginning to end went smoothly with no issues. Workmanship was of a high standard and completed with in the time frame given. Although installed in the winter, we are definitely looking forward to the summer.

Got a package that I wanted (6.6kw Jinko 370w panels and Goodwe inverter, 3-phase) for a price I was comfortable with, with financing easily sorted through Brighte. Installers on the day were great, very punctual, polite and efficient. No broken roof tiles (bonus!!). Would highly recommend these guys.

Installers were on time and did a fine job. After a minor ceiling accident the team fixed everything. Highly recommended. Panels are up and running smoothly (though we have some shading from trees that we will fix).
