I recently had issues with my existing system, so I reached out to Red Earth Energy as they were local. Gregg and his team performed initial investigations at no cost to me, and were able to diagnose quickly that the panels were damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Turns out they were an inferior quality panel, and the manufacturer doesn't exist anymore from what I could see online. Gregg provided me with evidence of the damage, and a very reasonable quote on a replacement (and better) system. The evidence I was able to take to my insurer, who funded the replacement system. Winning! On the day of replacing the system, the Red Earth Energy team arrived promptly, and completed the work within the estimated time, which helped me plan my day perfectly. In the times that mains power had to be cut, the guys were informative as to when it would happen, and allowed me to work around it. At completion, all evidence of the old system was removed, with no mess left on site. Honestly couldn't fault the service from Gregg and his team. I really appreciated the open communication and fully transparency on what was going on, and am happy the new system is generating more power than the old one.
