I have started planning our home solar system since March. After comparing around 10 solar installers across Victoria. We have finally selected Ramselec for their great pricing, professionalism and 5-year workmanship service. At the end of May, 22 panels and 10kw inverter are installed perfectly according to our plan. Chris and Rhys have done an amazing job installing the system. Rhys found a cracked roof tile before the installation. They tried to fix it for me on the day. However, they couldn't repair that pre-existing broken tile due to the rain. Chris came back three days later, diagnosed the tile crack is too big to repair, and offered a free tile replacement in the coming days after he get the stock. WOW. This kind of customer service and caring is totally beyond our expectation. We are very happy that we have chosen Ramselec. And we would recommend it to all our friends at any day of the week. Could not be happier with the finished installation of our new pv system. Our objective was to install the biggest possible single phase system our roof would allow, given the obstacles already present on our roof (solar pool heating and skylights) Ramselec were able to provide a detailed quote/design of a suitable sized system of 13 kilowatts split over two arrays north and east. The installation crew were great and very pleasant to deal with and showed great respect to the care of our property both inside and out, no mess left onsite and even cleaned out the gutters (no screws or off cuts of cable/ties left in gutter). Ramselec’s site manager/installer Rhys was fantastic throughout the whole process, and dealt with any issues that arose during the Install and made sure we were 100% percent happy Rhys actually went above and beyond to achieve this!! For that we cannot thank him enough. Thanks to Chris, Rhys and all the crew for the great job, would not hesitate to recommend.

Chris and his team were professional and clear from the start. I monitored the Facebook group "Solar Q&A Aus/NZ" for a long time and ended up chatting directly with Chris's electrician, Anthony Torc. I was sold on the quality of Anthony's work and the pride he took in it (knowing that he would be the one doing the work at my house). That said, I also got 5 quotes and Ramselec were by far the best value for money. There was only one quote that matched their price and that quote was using a budget inverter and budget panels. I was thrilled to get a top-range inverter and mid-range panels for the same price. Thanks team, I've no hesitation in rating you 5 stars and recommending you to everyone.
