Power ideas have been best choice I could have made. Despite other companies saying either job can't be done as I live in townhouse strata and others taking weeks to even call back, the team led by Adeep in sales to Ibrahim coordinating installation onsite were great people to work with as well as too notch professionals. First of all I take this opportunity to thank Power Ideas for the very pleasant and hassle free installation of the Solar system at my place. Aadip from Power Ideas is one of the most humble and professional person I have dealt with. From the day of our first contact he is always there to answer all my questions and clarify the concerns I had. In fact when I first started the conversation, I was just checking around, not knowing whether Solar is the right way to move forward or not. Aadip addressed all my concerns, but never pushed me one way or another. He provided all the information I need to make an educated decision. When I finally made the decision to install the solar system, he was extremely helpful in selecting the correct brand of panels and the inverter. My preference was to have panels and inverters which will have Australian business representation and he was very supportive in guiding me to the most value for money solution. With Aadip supporting me in every step of the process, I never felt any stress or pressure with the entire process. He was very flexible to work around my preferred day for installation, which I had to reschedule couple of times and Addip without any frustration helped me in re organizing the date. At the day of installation, the technicians turned up on specified time and once the meet and greet is over, I never was troubled or interrupted for any questions or support. The lead technician Ibrahim is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Very humble and technically sound. I sincerely thank Aadip and the team for a fantastic experience during the entire process of Solar installation. Highly recommended.
