Power Ideas reviews

First of all I take this opportunity to thank Power Ideas for the very pleasant and hassle free installation of the Solar system at my place. Aadip from Power Ideas is one of the most humble and professional person I have dealt with. From the day of our first contact he is always there to answer all my questions and clarify the concerns I had. In fact when I first started the conversation, I was just checking around, not knowing whether Solar is the right way to move forward or not. Aadip addressed all my concerns, but never pushed me one way or another. He provided all the information I need to make an educated decision. When I finally made the decision to install the solar system, he was extremely helpful in selecting the correct brand of panels and the inverter. My preference was to have panels and inverters which will have Australian business representation and he was very supportive in guiding me to the most value for money solution. With Aadip supporting me in every step of the process, I never felt any stress or pressure with the entire process. He was very flexible to work around my preferred day for installation, which I had to reschedule couple of times and Addip without any frustration helped me in re organizing the date. At the day of installation, the technicians turned up on specified time and once the meet and greet is over, I never was troubled or interrupted for any questions or support. The lead technician Ibrahim is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Very humble and technically sound. I sincerely thank Aadip and the team for a fantastic experience during the entire process of Solar installation. Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of Power Ideas and their staff. I had a 6.6kw system installed on my roof and already my power bill is $203 in credit. This is a highly reputable, trustworthy and honest company. My initial dealing was with John Gosper who answered all my questions. Ramesh professionally sent through a system design showing all the possibilities of where to put the panels. Chris and his team did the installation in one day despite the showery weather. The Qcells panels are highly efficient and produce power all the hours of daylight. I would certainly recommend Power Ideas to everyone considering solar.

Sam is very friendly and helpful I recommend power ideas for your solar

Denis advised us to take on a 13.32kw system using the six year pay off plan We just have seen our account with energy Australia and we are in credit I calculate that it will reduce my normal bill including the pay off plan by $100 per quarter Then after the six years it all free Great work Denis i'd recommend anyone to take this offer up

We were considering solar panels for a long time but never really felt we knew enough about the whole process to go through with it, until we me Aadip from Power Ideas. He spent a couple of hours at our home on a Sunday explaining everything and answering all our questions and concerns. We were sold. We felt very confident and at ease that we were making the right decision to go ahead with solar panels. Aadip is very prompt with his communication and is always on the ball from the start ensuring all our changes were made and noted on our contract to arranging the installers. The installers arrived and did an amazing job, they were very professional, clean and tidy. Mark stayed behind to ensure my app was installed on my phone and up and running. After the install was complete Aaidip continued to follow up with us to ensure we had transitioned over to our new energy supplier. He is excellent at his job, and he provides amazing customer service, that is rare to find in todays world. Thanks again, Aadip from Power Ideas you are highly recommend.

I bought my solar from Power Ideas and now work for power ideas!, they are a company that care about its customers and people.

When something is great and works for you why change it. I had solar fitted at my house by Power Ideas a couple of years ago. When Mum and Dad mentioned they wanted solar there was only 1 person from 1 company for me to call. Shymal from Power Ideas. An absolute gentleman that know his solar. Mum and Dad an elder couple that don’t really understand today’s technology and systems especially solar. Shymal explained it so well that they were confident that the system Shymal showed them was the right one for them. Using the best panels and the best inverter, 1 bill later and the savings are there. Mum and Dad couldn’t be happier with the service, the product and the savings Thank you Shymal and the Power Ideas team
