Aadip from Power Ideas is one of the most humble and professional person I have dealt with. From the day of our first contact he is always there to answer all my questions and clarify the concerns I had. In fact when I first started the conversation, I was just checking around, not knowing whether Solar is the right way to move forward or not.
Aadip addressed all my concerns, but never pushed me one way or another. He provided all the information I need to make an educated decision. When I finally made the decision to install the solar system, he was extremely helpful in selecting the correct brand of panels and the inverter. My preference was to have panels and inverters which will have Australian business representation and he was very supportive in guiding me to the most value for money solution.
With Aadip supporting me in every step of the process, I never felt any stress or pressure with the entire process. He was very flexible to work around my preferred day for installation, which I had to reschedule couple of times and Addip without any frustration helped me in re organizing the date.
At the day of installation, the technicians turned up on specified time and once the meet and greet is over, I never was troubled or interrupted for any questions or support.
The lead technician Ibrahim is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Very humble and technically sound.
I sincerely thank Aadip and the team for a fantastic experience during the entire process of Solar installation. Highly recommended.

My initial dealing was with John Gosper who answered all my questions. Ramesh professionally sent through a system design showing all the possibilities of where to put the panels. Chris and his team did the installation in one day despite the showery weather. The Qcells panels are highly efficient and produce power all the hours of daylight. I would certainly recommend Power Ideas to everyone considering solar.

After the install was complete Aaidip continued to follow up with us to ensure we had transitioned over to our new energy supplier. My wife and I have considered solar several times over the last several years and each time we've changed our minds after having companies come to the house with their sales pitch and info sessions. Most times they left us more confused than we were.
With the lock-downs this last two years and having money set aside for uses they we couldn't use we decided to try again and we had three companies visit and run us through the process, costs, savings, etc.
Power Ideas and there consultant Aadip provided us with exactly what we needed. There was no tough sell, just a simple explanation as to what was involved, time, costs etc and he also organised interest free arrangement with Brighte Capital (who were also great to deal with).
Aadip responded promptly to additional questions we had and has kept in touch throughout the process.
The install went well and the installers left our home spotless. Power Ideas then arranged for our energy provider to install a smart meter and also followed up with us many times including providing assistance with their monitoring app.
Quite a few months down the track it's all working as promised and Aadip has also helped review and explain our first post install electricity bill and also made a further suggestion to us as to how we could save even more.
We were always really sceptical about solar and the 'so called' sites that offer to review and compare quotes, most of these have been a pain to deal with and a couple of them still bombard us with txt messages chasing our business.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power Ideas and their consultants if you want a well priced good quality solar install.

We knew we would need a large system as we have a pool with a pool heater, after speaking to Arslan & explaining our situation, & consulting with him regarding our electricity bills, we discussed that we needed a system that would ensure we didn't receive an electric bill in the future. We had the Hyundai panels installed in March. This was in the middle of a bill cycle, our bill came in $200 cheaper than previous. Since that bill we have had credits on our account, even during the winter period, using aircon etc. Thanks to Arslan we achieved our goal of no electricity bill, his knowledge & recommendation of the right system has enabled us to be bill free.

Wednesday 20th October, 2021Chris Johnson from New South WalesPower Ideas installed solar panels on my roof with a nominal power generation capacity of 6.6 kW in mid November 2020. Overall the project went as planned. The office staff were very helpful throughout the project. The panels were installed in one day. The installation crew were pleasant to deal with and all issues were resolved.
The installation was on a South facing roof sloping 15 degrees from the horizontal so a frame was required to adjust the panels so they faced North at the "ideal" angle of ~32 degrees from the horizontal. This was not something another supplier would tackle.
An invoice from my power supplier allowed me to calculate the before and after costs. I estimate that the panels will pay for themselves within five years.
I am happy with the whole process and recommend them to others.

The entire process was extremely transparent and honest. It was quick and efficient.
The cost was also very competitive and quality of the products offered where what we required and never tried to Oversold.
We got Solar installation completed in December 2020 and so far it has saved us nearly 1200 AUD. We did not have to pay any bills for the first 5 months.
On top of the above the after sale and installation service is second to none. They are very quick to respond and react if an issue is encountered.

His polite ,punctual, courteous and always puts you and your family interests before profits. Other company's need to follow in Sumon footsteps. Sumon guided me to a larger system with maximum solar panels with the sole purpose of saving money long term . Everything went smoothly from removing my old panels to installing our new panels and system . Sumon made sure I was on the best plan to maximise on my feed in credits. A design for most sunlight on my roof to collect the maximum benefit from my North Facing House was designed. I did purchase the most reliable and best panels as well as an inverter that can also link to a battery at a later date if required. As my old metre was not digital that took time to exchange but Sumon had a installer that was second to none and went out of his way to correct wrongs of the previous system. Sumon followed up at all times and to date I have now been saving up to $100- $150 a month on my bills even a credit now of over $200.00 Thank you to Power Ideas.

I decided to go with Power Ideas as they did not have the word “Solar” in their business name haha. Just kidding, but that was one of the things that made me look into them. Shyamal got in touch with me and was really helpful. At the time I was going to just leave investing in solar and wait another year . After chatting with Shyamal he offered me a good deal and I was very happy. The install team was very good and had the system installed quickly on the same day. Installation was promptly scheduled and was hassle free. The 2 man team efficiently installed the panels within 3-4hrs and weren't a distraction at all whilst I worked from home. Already seeing a drop in our daily usage.
