There are so many companies out there its a minefield but I realised very quickly that Positive Energy Solutions was they way forward for us as nothing was too much trouble, we got no spin or fancy sales talk, just good old fashion common sense.
The quality of the installation was so good, not a cable or cable cover in sight. See enclosed pic.
I would have no problem in recommending this company and using them again.

We chose to rescheduled installation a couple of times due to weather with no issues or stress. We have had the team around our house for the past 3 days and we could not have been more impressed. The team were punctual (or contacted us to advise of any change), very clean around the house and inside the house and just very polite, respectful and helpful. We can sit back on this sunny day very satisfied we are doing our part for the planet but that we obviously had the fortunate choice of product and company coordinating. Highly recommended. The quoting and explanation of costing was clear and informative.
When the team came out to carry out the installation, the work was explained well and staff very friendly. The installation neat and all cleaned up afterwards.

They were on-time, polite, worked diligently all day, cleaned up after themselves... and even removed, at my request, all of my old panels and inverter from site. The following week there were major storms and driving rains across Perth... and no leaks! Thank you for your no-pressure approach in presenting me with three options to consider; and for respectfully answering all of my questions. They visited the premises to identify all possible solutions and or problems. They then provided clearly presented and easily understood options and benefits for different possible solar panel and battery configurations and responded with additional explanation when asked. The installers came on time on the agreed day and the installation was carried out with care and attention to detail. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving! It was a pleasure to experience this kind of professionalism and see installers taking pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Tuesday 15th March, 2022Dexter Johnson from Western AustraliaMy system was supplied and installed by Infinite Energy. When my inverter decided to pack it in right when the warranty lapsed I struggled to get support from the Infinite Energy team.
I decided to reach out to the sales rep who sold me the system, Louis Stone who was now a director of Positive Energy. Louis went out of his way to contact Infinite Energy and act as a middle man in support of my situation. Louis even offered me a refurbished inverter if we had no luck with the Infinite Energy support team 👌🏼
Turned out Infinite Energy came to the table and supplied and installed a refurbished inverter, all thanks to Louis’s integrity and salesmanship.
Talk about great supportive after sales service, rest assured you are in good hands when dealing with Louis Stone and his team at Positive Energy. Unbelievable result 10 out of 10 thanks Louis.

After our initial free quote and consultation it was clear to us the Positive Energy Solutions pride themselves on providing only quality products as well as great service.
Louis was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted but never having had solar before, he made the decision so easy. No fluff or sales nonsense, a great knowledge of the product he was selling and down to earth advice on the correct system for our application. There was never any feeling that we were being pushed into making a decision after our consultation, we were left to make up our minds on our own time and once we'd decided to go with Positive Energy Solutions the aftersales service was just as good as our initial meeting. There were some delays with the install given the wild weather we have experienced recently (can't do anything about the weather) and the communication from Louis regarding our install kept us in the loop the whole way.
The contractors used by Positive Energy Solutions we're also top notch. Very professional and the end result is a very clean install.
There's no doubt that when we're ready to upgrade our system that we will use Positive Energy Solutions again. We couldn't be happier with the way the whole process went.
