6 Oct 2020From the start to the end of installation of our solar system, Peter, Debbie and their family were exceptional. Peter was great and explained everything in detail at time of the site visit. Debbie continually kept me informed throughout the whole process. On installation day, the boys were exceptional and once completed ran through all the ins and outs of the solar system including the inverter. It is great to see a small family run business in the Tweed Heads region that provide great quality service

It has reduced my 700 dollar bill to next to nothing and having a 10 year warranty on the inverter gave me piece of mind 3 of my mates purchased a system from positive energy after seeing the job they done on my system. I believe there is a benefit in dealing with a wholly family-only business in that whoever you are dealing with, they all have "skin in the game" and accordingly a vested interest in "keeping the customer happy".
