Quality workmanship and impeccable customer service.

Platinum Electricians installed my 10 kW roof top solar array. They are a very customer focussed firm employing polite and knowledgeable staff who couldn't be more helpful. Platinum sent a team of three electricians to install my 10 kW roof top solar system. They explained the process, indicated how the installation would proceed and answered my questions. All in all, it was a most unobtrusive, professional and efficient installation. Oh, and did I mention that when I placed my order for the solar array, I was told when their team would arrive (and they arrived on time) and I was told how long the installation would take (two days - and it took less!) I am very happy with the installation and the standard and quality of Platinum's workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Electricians to others. Aside from a high quality job, one of the most important thing for us is communication. So many tradies don't bother to call to say they are running late, or even don't show fora day or 2 later. Liam from Platinum has never run late and yet still texts to let us know that he's on the way. He is very quick to return my calls/ texts Liam is friendly and professional. He is happy to advise when asked (his ideas were way better than ours on our last job).and even when what we want is out of the ordinary, he finds a way to make it work. We have had the pleasure of having Liam work on our home renovations twice now and will not hesitate in requesting his services for our future projects. His quality of work is outstanding.

I would highly recommend Liam at Platinum Electricians Caboolture. Liam serviced our air conditioners ready for the summer and switched our hot water system to work through our solar panels therefore saving us on our power bills. Liams workmanship is very professional, communication was very good, on the whole I found him to be extremely efficient.
