Saturday 8th September, 2018Rodney Stelter from New South WalesFrom the first phone call with Craig followed up a few days by Darren. It has been easy and exceptional service. The install crew of Tim & Zack arrived first, who where very good with communication as in all questions asked were answered. Also great to have a laugh with while going about there job. Craig also was on site working along side both of them, which for me was great to see. Had 16 LG panels and aTesla battery installed. Again very good communication by all involved including there office staff via email and phone calls. Highly recommend anyone that’s interested in solar to talk to Craig, Darren and the team at Planet Power. Along with the install. When they finished up and left honestly you wouldn’t have known they were even here clean tidy spotless.
