Sales service (Nathan) was excellent, not pushy at all, just took the time to explain how it worked, how to make the most of the solar power generated and what the benefits would be. Numbers all made sense.
Installers were excellent, very professional and accommodating. Explained how the system worked and set up the smartphone app.
Expected the first bill to be around $150 and it came in just under.
Highly recommended!

Nathan initially came out and was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had, he wasn't pushy and was easy to deal with. The process from there was easy, the installers (Sam & team) were great on the day of installation, explained exactly what they were going to do and then text me pictures when they finished as I was at work. If you want a quality job and peace of mind then I highly recommend PSF.

Nathan came down to our place for an in home consultation on a Saturday at a time suitable for us. He took the time to explain everything in detail but in Layman's Terms without all the rubbish sales pitching. Nathan didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do and he gave us the time to think it over before proceeding with his recommdations for our home. In-house installation is an absolute treat with the two installers coming down on a rainy day and having the system installed by lunch time. One of the installers stuck around and gave us a demo on the system's app and made sure he didn't walk away leaving us confused. We are very happy with the service we got by Nathan and the team at Perth Solar Force and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

They were very helpful and answered all concerns that we had. The rubbish was taken with them and we were connected to the panels in no time.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable. All our questions he could answer. One of the biggest things was that the company was local here in Perth, making it easy for aftercare services and keeping business local.
The Brighte financial option we went with was very fast and easy.
When organising the time for install they where very flexible and was able to change the day for us as the original date we wouldn’t be at home anymore. The girls in the office were very helpful.
Install day we had Shaun and Macca come to install our system. They were very friendly, fast and did a very neat and professional job. Shaun explained how everything worked and went through everything with us.
Overall we are very happy with Perth Solar Force and would highly recommend then for any of our family or friends or anyone looking to get solar installed.

The whole procedure from pre-sale, to post-sale was trouble-free without us having to lift a finger. After installation, there was follow-up from PSF to make sure that we are happy with the system and if we have any other questions. System is up and running for 22 days now without any problem. On average we got about 25units on a sunny day and 6.5units on the lowest day (keep in mind that these numbers are measured during winter time so we expect higher number during summer). Overall we had a good experience and would recommend PSF to anyone.

The installation was supervised by a Geraldton technician who I am happy to say was a local , the other men who came to help were from Perth due to the lack of skilled workers here at the time so I was told. The installation was undertaken and was very professional in its conclusion and I am very happy with it all and would recommend Perth Solar Force to anyone thinking of solar .

There were 1 or 2 slightly cheaper quotes ($200) but they hadn’t been out to see me as they were based over East, and were using random contractors to do their installs.
What pulled me over the line was that
Solar Force have their own full time staff, are local and have been around for a long time.
The communication from day 1 was perfect and the installation team were on time, super polite and worked hard.
I can now track my solar power on an App and it’s looking great. No more power bills for us!
It turns out my neighbour over the road used them and was also very happy, and my other neighbours have also decided to run with them.

Riccardo explained everything to us and took the time to answer every question we had, at no time did we ever feel pressured to sign a contract with the company and we’re even given the option to think about it, if that’s what we felt we needed to do before making a decision. Dallas and his two workers were very friendly and professional in the way they conducted themselves and installed our system, they went above and beyond what was expected as installers, when they found we had some other cracked tiles on our roof and replaced them for us while they were installing our solar. They left the property clean and tidy and removed all rubbish along with the broken tiles that they found during our install. We’re extremely happy with everyone involved in the company and the professional service we received, we would have no hesitation in recommending them. We now look forward to receiving and seeing the difference in our electrical bills in the future.

On September 2019, my inverter was not working properly.
Less than one week after my call, the technician came to check.
Finally, it was a faulty inverted . they sent back my inverter to goodWe, probably in China.
The process to have a replacement was quite long, but it was not a problem because PERTH SOLAR PANNEL lend me one inverter during the replacement process.

For everyone thinking to install solar panel I definitely recommend this company.
With my experience you can understand how challenging it can be without the support of the Perth solar FOrce to fix this problem..
maybe you can find cheaper or whatever, but the installation you are going to have in your place is for a long period of time.

My house orientation in relation to north is awkward and my roof cuttings made it very difficult to install the full capacity I was looking for (6.6 kW). Daryl Platten tirelessly worked with me for many weeks investigating options. Due to the roof shape, I accepted to install less amount of panels but on the installation day the installation team ( thanks Ben !) repeated their measurements again until they managed to install the full capacity 21 x 315 W panels. They added the extra panels for free and didn’t charge me for that.
All my panels are now facing north and north west and I’m getting close to 5kW generation even in winter when the sun shines.
Other companies were pushing me to install the panels in less favourable locations facing south west to save the efforts but Daryl and his team went miles further to meet my expectations.
Many thanks for Daryl and the rest of the team in PSF.

As for the actual performance of the Risen panels and Goodwe inverter (5kW system) , it is already showing cost saving. We used to consume on average 18-20kWh a day, with clear skies and some “lifestyle changes”, this last week (since installation), we now only draw about 8-9kWh per day (from the grid).

Booked in and thanks to a cancellation we got our panels installed end of November which was also at the end of our billing cycle. The install guys were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They did their best to explain how the app worked but unfortunately we had problems with the internet so we're limited, luckily it was very easy to understand and the instructions given were very clear. First bill arrived and we are down over $390 from last bill and with our fortnightly repayments we are still in front by $140. Three month later, I found that they applied the wrong system size to the electricity company and because of that something went wrong with the renewable energy buyback scheme (REBS)! So as a result, my bill going up and I was feeding the grid with free power for three months!!!!
I fixed the problem with the electricity company myself and submitted a review online about my experience.
What happened next? They (Paul - the Sales manager) called me to apologise and most importantly admitted that it was their fault. Then, he offered to solve the issue plus some free vouchers. This was what I generally expect from a great customer experience point of view. At last, I refused to take free voucher and they reimbursed me with the amount what I was expecting from REBS for the three months.

Our home is relatively new so I was keen to get good installers who knew what they were doing and who could deliver at a fair price. The Perth Solar guys did what they said and took care to get the system installed and working in 1 day on a 2 storey roof. Craig, Ben and their 2 teammates were respectful, quick and tidy with their work whilst not disturbing a complicated ducted aircon system covering the attic space. With recent rains, there's no evidence of any leaking and the system is working to spec. Nathan handled the sales/ booking process well and the back office team were pleasant to deal with for confirmation of day/ payments, etc. I'd recommend this team as they delivered on their promises.

Dealing with Luke was easy, there was none of this with PSF. I wanted a Perth based company that didnt rely on subbies and had their name to their install. Install was easy to organize and the guys were very professional. This system has reduced our bills dramatically, very happy with the results. Come winter and we have had a lot of rain this year, I noticed a patch on the ceiling that looked like we may have a leak so I contacted PSF as it was on the side the solar is installed. They had their guys down the next day and on the roof repairing any potential leak from their install.
Very happy with our system and the team at PSF. Have recommended to friends who also had systems installed by them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

We originally got quotes from 3 or 4 different companies and ended up deciding on Perth Solar Force. Their Facebook and google reviews were excellent and the sales guy Luke was very friendly, down to earth and answered all our questions. On the day of install, the guys arrived right on time, were friendly and courteous and seemed to work efficiently. They cleaned up everything and apart from the new solar system, you’d never know they’d been there. We got the app installed and started watching the energy come in. We started getting emails saying there was an alert on one of our inverters (we got two) so I called the office and they sent a technician out the next business day, he logged on and fixed the issue. This week we received our first bill and I was very happy. We used approximately a third of the electricity as the same time last year. We normally pay $75 a fortnight to Synergy to cover our bill and because of that, when we got our bill this time, I was almost $100 in credit. So very happy with the customer service, install and products supplied by Perth Solar Force. Thanks

We got 6.5kw of Jinko panels with 5kw Goodwe inverter system installed.
These things are printing power! We have a big family and had HUGE electricity bills typically around $700 every 2 months... Since the system has been installed our highest bill has been $177! We are saving over $500 every single bill so far, at the current rate the system will have completely paid for itself in less than 18 months.
I cannot more highly recommend the panels, the inverter and the company, dealing with Perth Solar is arguably the best money my family has ever spent.

I had hesitated for quite some time about solar panels and after approaching 5 different businesses for quotes was appalled by the level of service of some. Of five ,two were in the running but on Price and system I got an excellent deal with Perth Solar force beating the nearest rival by a substantial amount. Where to begin because it not about just price !! No pushy salesman and all questions answered. A home visit by Luke to alleviate my concerns to ensure everything would go smoothly on the day of install. 19th of Jan was a beautiful day, the team arrived on time and were well organised but I think they weren't counting on extremely higher than normal pitched roof. They assessed the job and I give credit to the effort put in by all for a job not well done but for a job done professionally exceeding my expectations . There is nothing like watching tradesmen taking pride in their work and most all of cleaning after themselves and being courteous. I could not have asked for a better result. The Fronius inverter got switched on at 1620 pm and immediately the Canadian solar panels managed to produce some power. The system without missing a beat has produced on average 40.0kwh of power per day monitored on my phone app and I just cant take the grin of my face. Well done Perth Solar Force and thanks again to the installation team for a an excellent job.

Jason and Sophie provided excellent advice and helped me decide on the best system based on our budget. They have the best prices in WA and I'm glad I could support a local business. The installation was completed within a couple of weeks and Shay the electrician was on time, polite and did a fantastic job! We did hear a small water leak in the roof on the day of installation after some light rain, but the boys came back immediately and repaired a cracked roof tile. I'm really happy with the after sales support provided which has been a huge positive. Our system is now generating 44kWh per day (14xNE/10xNW) so this covers self consumption and exports enough power to the grid to generate a credit each day. I wanted to give you some stats and give respect to the ‘Perth Solar Force’ team.
We had our solar installed right at the beginning of winter. We have had two billing cycles since.
If you are still at the beginning of the research process or new to understanding solar it isn’t as easy as looking at the ‘amount owed’ section of your bill to work out your actual savings.
Everyone knows though that the biggest ‘savings’ in Perth are made in Summer due to more � sunshine.
Statistically speaking, this is our household most expensive billing cycle (winter). PLUS since our data has been collected prices of units have gone up.
I am THRILLED to report that despite all of this we have saved 600 units this cycle. We have halved our daily cost and our bill is $222 cheaper!
I can’t wait to see what this baby can do in summer! We had had some seriously cloudy days this cycle!
The process of having Perth Solar Force explain and install was so easy. They respected me in a way that other companies didn’t. Tom came with fancy computer systems that showed me EXACTLY how the panels would look, be positioned and the sort of savings we could expect along simple methods to save more. It all made sense.
Other companies demanded my husband be home, as men are from “Mars and women from Venus” apparently (direct quote), and then bought old printed out bits of paper, treating us like we couldn’t possible understand it all.... well I could - because I had Tom out first!
The installation team respectfully looked after my home, dog and myself. They were polite, tidy and efficient.
We can’t wait for summer! Thanks Perth Solar Force! We happily recommend you!

Tom came to our place after contacting Perth Solar Force for a quote. I had obviously prior quotes from other Solar companies but was not impressed to say the least. After he explained the why, what, how and how much through a detailed presentation my partner and I decided to go along with the quote. From an installation point of view, the contractors did a marvellous job within a few hours and helped with many questions we had. They even checked some roof section for us willing to replace cracked tiles should some be found. After installation, we observed some fault with our smoke alarm system and thought it could have been linked with the install. Aaron reached out to us to organise someone to have a look at it. It was found faulty and replaced to our astonishment. Wow! What a great after sale service!! I have not found yet in Perth such a great customer service focused company that goes the extra mile like Perth Solar Force. Hope you guys keep that focus in line and you'll be always on top of the competition

I contacted Perth Solar after seeing a great deal on Facebook and reading their reviews. Tom came out and was easy to talk to and all the paperwork and information to explain everything. We added two extra panels to make it 24 Jinko panels with a 5.3kw SMA inverter. The boys came out and installed the whole system and showed me how it all worked. They were very good and cleaned up after themselves. Hubby went up and had a look the next day and was happy with everything, first time this has ever happened with tradies in our home. John came out and did us a quote for several different options and was always helpful and available for any queries. A week before the install we were asked if we would like upgraded panels ( a new promotion that they were running ) at no additional cost. The installers were great, on time, polite and tidy.

Okay the billing period was slightly longer than the installation date. However I have been running the aircon frequently for 24/7. So am seeing a definitely reduction in my power bills already. The tariff feed in is better than I expected (though I know that won't last forever). Yep I recommend solar and Perth Solar Force have done well by me. (feel free to use the quote however you guys want)

He listened, he understood where I wanted to be on price and the reasoning and offered some great expert advice with no pressure, omg it was so refreshing.
The system was installed, it works great and ticks all the boxes, win!
Then about a week later I had some issues after a storm, uh oh I thought here is the next hurdle getting support and I am so pleased to report it too was Awesome! And also very prompt... the guys came out, found the issue and fixed it!

Very happy with the install all the guys were very friendly and made sure everything was up and running, even after the install to get my fronius wifi app with the smart meter working to see grid feed in and house power consumption. Resulting in 32kw per day on a part cloudy day and almost 38kw on a 26 degree day. They even purchased and replaced a few broken roof tiles at no cost. Highly recommended!

The pricing was definitely attractive, and we ended up getting a 24 panel system and a Goodwe inverter. The install team were on-time and efficient, and I was impressed with how quickly and neatly the whole install went.
Since then, with the summer sun beating down on our north and west facing arrays, we've been generating around 40kWH per day, which is more than covering our usual consumption. I've used Aurora and SMA inverters on other properties, and am suitably impressed with the performance of the Goodwe, and the panels.
