I’m extremely impressed with the team at OZ Solar. From the first contact with Sumit I felt confident in the level of professionalism and expertise. Information provided was beyond my expectation and he was able to answer all my questions. No doubt due to high demand, the installation date was a little longer than expected, but Vicky provided excellent communication right up to delivery and installation. The equipment delivery was on time - on a public holiday!! Finally, the local installation team was exceptional even working through the cold and drizzly conditions. Most impressed with their ability to position the panels to get maximum sun. I’m now waiting for the certificate and the official switch on, but I’ve seen it up and running and I’m confident that this team has done an exceptional job. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. I am extremely happy with the service received from Oz Solar Energy Solutions, especially Sumit (Sam) The person who delivered the panels and parts was extremely helpful and pleasant. The office staff followed up any questions I had. The Boss (Victor) helpful and patient and put up with my silly questions. The installers of the panels – Dylan (Advanced Electrical & Solar) and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were extremely accommodating and showed fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Arrived on time and started work immediately. They were the hardest working guys I have seen. The weather was extremely cold and the installation took 2 days but they worked flat out on both days I must admit, I did not realize the time it would take from first getting quotes to finalization of job and the work involved by those in the background. I thank you all for your professionalism. Naturally, I would highly recommend Oz Solar Energy Solutions. Fabulous business!

The company arranged for installation to occur in a timely manner.
