I would like to highly recommend OTI Power. Throughout the whole process they have been very professional. In particular Peter McLaren has been extremely helpful, always available to assist and providing great after sales service.

OTI installed my solar system nearly two years ago and it's one of those jobs I wished I'd done sooner. Peter McLaren from OTI gave great advice on the size of my unit so that it covered my needs now as well as will benefit me once I add a battery to the system. Also their advice on using the Solar Edge system so I can track production and usage has allowed me to adjust when various appliances turn on and off to minimise my electricity bill. Installation was fast and efficient and after sales service was great. I had an issue with a couple of panels and OTI fixed it up no problem. Very happy.

Probably the best experience that you could hope for, especially in a market full of con-artists . Peter was friendly, honest and responsive to the point that you could tell that customer service perfection is what drives him. OTI used some of the most efficient, quality and friendly sparkies that I have ever met, and the system is everything as good as what i was sold. Love the smartphone app! for those of you who want to track the juice coming in and the juice going out, the sungrow experience is fantastic! dont hesitate, we are super happy with OTI.

A very easy experience for something we thought would be daunting. Peter McLaren at OTI Power made the whole process of choosing which solar system would suit us best very simple. The installation from Tom and his team happened professionally and without any fuss. Highly recommend.

Installation professional for a 15kw system. Installers quick and clean and cannot believe the savings, some billing periods receiving a credit. During the hotter months we are running the aircon all day for little or no extra cost. We make sure we run the dishwasher, washing machine etc. during the day. Payback under 3 years.....a “no brainier”

I got onto OTI Power, Sanctuary Cove, after doing my internet research on quality, performance and price. Then Peter McLaren came to our house and gave us a comprehensive free assessment and explanation on our options and followed up with two quotes for different systems. OTI Power’s staff were punctual, very professional, installed everything in one day, cleaned up and left us with clear instructions. They continue to support us if we have any queries. Peter is very responsive to calls. We couldn’t be happier. This was over a year ago and the system has been working perfectly. We enjoy watching the solar production trends on the app. It is true that we have slashed our energy bills by 90%. Some months we get money back from the energy provider and don’t have to pay the bill. I highly recommend OTI power. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s been 12 months now since I first approached Peter McLaren and Paul Blake from OTI solar and everything Peter promised has been achieved and more. My electricity bills have been more than halved right from the very first bill! Peter has a very professional and service approach and disposition. He attended and reviewed my past 2 years of bills and advised the best system for me. I was very happy with the price - I paid up front- but he can offer payment options. After renovating my house which included two heated pools (one indoor and one outdoor), three phase power conversion, 4 ducted air systems which run continuously, I decided to wait and see how this renovation would affect my Electrical Bill; to my surprise it went up from $1000 to $3500 per quarter. After a year I started getting a little apprehensive about paying these large Electrical bills each quarter and decided to enquire more about Solar. I already had a little 1.5KW Solar system on the roof (6 panels) which I put on 10 years ago but it wasn’t even making a dent into my current Bill. I had a couple of Residential Type solar installers approach me, saying you need a 5KW system which they claimed was the largest you can put on your house and the cost would be $12K, but I knew this wouldn’t do much either, I needed something much greater than this. Then I was at the 19th Hole having a beer at my golf club with Peter McLaren, who said he was into Solar, So I showed him my bill and he said mate your need a 18kw system which will produce you daily around 80 to 120kwh, I now have 62 solar panels on my roof and a 15KW 3 phase inverter. When Peter told me the price for what I was getting compared to the other deals other installers were saying, his offer was only slightly more than the much smaller 5Kw system once the STC rebate was deducted. I agreed to it straight up and seriously it was one of the best decisions I have made this year. I wake up every morning eager to go out and look at the electrical meter to see how much money I have made and how much money I have saved, and during the day the meter doesn’t move at all. I tell you, I think those electrical retail providers are a sham, Solar is the future for sure. The OTI Service Technicians Sam and Tom were excellent qualified electricians and they were trustworthy in my house, they even did a couple of extra odd jobs for me such as install some power points in my bedroom. They finished the entire install in a day and they didn’t leave until the job was finished, operational and commissioned. Peter was very professional and managed the process end to end, and made several communications with me to ensure I was comfortable during the course of the whole job. Even the Boss, Paul Blake came past twice, pre and post job to ensure everything went smoothly. OTI is a very professional outfit to do business with.I look forward to taking my Home completely off grid later this year once the three phase storage batteries become available. In July 2017 my partner and I decided we wanted to invest in a solar system for our recently purchased house. So I did some personal research and went to various websites that automatically put you in touch with 3 businesses to get quotes. One of the recommended businesses put in touch with me was OTI Power which led to us meeting with Peter McLaren to discuss what we wanted and everything involved in purchasing/installing a solar system. After getting various quotes from different organisations my partner and I had to wait a few months before we could proceed any further but during that time I staying in touch with Peter, relaying to him what my own personal research suggested I should choose in relation to inverters and panels and Peter would share from his experience what he felt were the best options. We didn’t want a cheap system. We wanted high quality at a reasonable price. By October 2017 we had decided we were ready to book installation with OTI Power. We choose OTI Power for a couple of reasons. Firstly Peter offered sound advice on the choice of panels and inverters but still respected it was my choice and provided various quotes based on these choices. Secondly, Peter assured me that OTI Power would deliver excellent after sales service. This was the major reason for choosing OTI Power. It’s now February 2018 and we are extremely happy we chose OTI Power. The installation took place in late October. Installation was fast and hassle-free. We chose the inverter and panels Peter recommended and have been extremely happy with the performance. We have had an issue recently with fluctuating voltage levels coming from the Energex grid and as promised Peter got the issue resolved within 24 hours (Note this issue was not any fault of the inverter or panels. It just needed some settings adjusted to compensate for the fluctuating voltage in the grid). Firstly thank you to Peter for the great customer service. Secondly to anyone who reads this I highly recommend OTI Power. Buying a solar system is a long term investment (not just a one off purchase) and Peter offers excellent after sales service.

At no time did I feel pressured to purchase and OTI were adamant that I be comfortable with my choice and stay within my budget. We decided on installing solar early this year (2016) and called for three quotes. We met with all three operators and received full details and written quotes for the system we were looking for. We selected OTI Power, who were not the cheapest of the three, but we found the team at OTI to be more straight-forward, knowledgeable, helpful and believable than the others. They explained the difference between available components, and the importance of a professional installation which gave us the confidence to choose his company ahead of the others. Since the installation, OTI Power have been in regular contact to see how everything is operating, and how our charges for electricity are comparing to the time before solar was connected. Since then we have recommended OTI Power to friends and neighbours, and will continue to do so. Needless to say, we are delighted with the advice, the installation and the outcome.

Professional, prompt service and quote process, but need to do plenty of research to ensure you get what you want when discussing requirements with representative. Installation very good quality an no out of pocket costs. We wanted a high end quality system of 10KW with 3 phase power with possible future connection to a battery, and that’s what we received. Customer service and grid connection follow up very good. They will be doing a full review after first quarterly bill to recommend which plan and electricity vendor to migrate to, if required.

Over the past 2 years we have used Paul Blake to provide a solar electric generating system for our Valley offices as well as for my home. Dealing with Paul Blake has made the process incredibly easy. Work was done on time and to budget, which was very competitive. Their installers were both proficient as well as very respectful to both our employees and our neighbours. As an architect, I cannot fault the standard of trade work. Job really well done. We used OTI power to install our solar system. From initial contact all the way to the follow up post installation, they have been fantastic.
