On my consultation I knew Andy is running a business with customers best interest at heart first before profits or margins. There was no pushy sales tactics but just an honest feedback based on my electricity consumption. This was enough to win me over and when day of installation came I was super impressed with reliable and trustworthy team that turned up and completed an excellent job. For a 8.5KW system I expect to the system Opera Solar has installed to start paying back within 4 years time. This is more than anything I could have asked for. I am really glad I went with Andy and Opera Solar as my choice of solar provider and highly recommend this trustworthy, reliable and best solar installation team around!

Thursday 12th December, 2019Paul Fender from New South WalesAndy was very professional, he came to visit us and assessed our property and requirements, and then was able to recommend a range of products to suit our budget, and advised on the best location for the equipment to maximise solar production. He even recommended which power company to use that would provide us the best deal, and submitted the orders for us to have the netmeter setup. Andy was able to deliver our system less than 10 days after we placed the order, I was expecting to wait much longer. His installers did a fantastic job, they were very professional and left our property spotlessly clean after they were finished. They even took the extra time to replace a cracked tile they found while working on the roof. I highly recommend Opera Solar, Andy and his team were fantastic.

Thank you for not being a pushy salesperson ( we wouldn't have got here if you were) and rather more of a friend so that your customer reaps the benefits of Solar System. You have gone an extra mile by always giving us more information that we need and repeated sometimes when needed so that we understand the system and how it will work in our favor. We had many solar quotes but your was different. It had the 'Andy's ' touch and we connected straight away and felt this was right. You don't get this service all the time and we are very fortunate that our paths crossed. Finally I decided to proceed with Opera Solar Energy. Andy delivers exceptional and very personalised customer service. He visited my residence and talked through the various options I had for the system and within each of the budget category. He was very patient with my never ending questions as well as provided various suggestions on how to finance the system cost which was very helpful. He walked me through the pros and cons and also worked out the savings I can achieve based on average production rates. Installation was very well done and diligently. I am definitively very impressed with the results from the solar system post installation. Thanks Andy!! Highly recommend Opera Solar Energy! 5/5 star!
