Happy that I made the choice to go with Neon Solar. The team are very professional and provided constant feedback all through the progress. All my questions were answered and face to face too. Not just a somebody over the phone that you cannot see. What more could a HoH person ask for? The workmanship was excellent and couldn't fault it myself being an Ex Sparky. I highly recommend if you pay a few dollars more, you will get the quality of product and service you expect. Special thanks to Sam and Jack.

My dealings with Dev Chandrasekar from this company was a good experience, actually a pleasant experience. Dev is excellent in communicating the process from the beginning to the end. The installers of the the 27 panels were 2 very professional electricians who completed their work in 2 days. I very rarely write reviews but I had no hesitation in writing this recommendation for this guys.

I am really impressed with the amazing service that I have received from Neon’s Solar Team. Starting from Moss the Business development manager who was kind enough to explain the whole process and pricing and how everything fitted together and with the government rebate very knowledgeable. I have been amazed from the installation team Matt, Anthony who not only did an amazing job installing the Tesla battery and the solar panels but have treated the house as if it was their own. Another big thank you to Dev Engineering lead who took the time to stop by once everything is configured to walk me through how I can best utilize the system. I really don’t see much a lot of business who go the extra mile for their clients, and I just had to say thank you all @ Neon Solar Systems.

Neon solar installed a Tesla powerwall to complement our 10kW solar system. Dev visited us which was followed up by a good quote. When we gave the go ahead the paperwork was done very quickly and the installation was completed in a day to a high standard. Dev followed up with an on-site visit to complete the handover to us. Very highly recommended

We were looking at installing solar for around 6 months and with prices ranging from $13500 down to $8500 and with statements like “oh you need 20 panels” ( 6kw ) from some installers to you only need 3 kw and batteries from others. Well let me tell you, we were lost in the maize and did not know which way to turn. Then we happened upon Neon Solar and you, Moss and we ended up around the kitchen table again. But this time it was different, you put in the hard yards, no question was brushed aside as you sat with us and discussed our needs and gave us advice on the direction to take. I had learnt a lot over six months and the system you designed for us made sense at last. A deal was struck and before we knew it your team turned up bright and early one morning and work began. I am a retired self-employed plumber who has been in the industry for 50 plus years and this team impressed me. A well oiled team that had my system up on the roof and installed in less than half a day, all up and working smoothly. The team boss explained the ins and outs to me as he connected the system to my computer through the WiFi and I could see the input from the word go. Handshakes and thank yous and the team was gone. I shook my head, looked around, no broken tiles, no mess lying around, if was not for the panels on our roof we would not have known they had been here. Thank you Neon Solar and a big thank you to you Moss and your team, Eliza and I look forward to the savings generated over the coming years and, down the track, when batteries drop in price we will call on you Moss and Neon Solar to upgrade our system. This Company is absolutely Great to deal with from booking to fitting my solar system was a breeze nothing was ever any trouble and when Dev said they were going to be there they were the install Crew Matt was brilliant talked to me every step of the way giving me options of were things could be fitted and doing it and the system they fitted was extremely tidy A1 boy A1 would Highly recommend This company

We were delighted with the very prompt and professional service when we had our inverter replaced recently by Neon Solar and particularly that of the Renewable Engineer Dev Chandrasekar. Ben Matthews also provided us with helpful advice and Dev provided warmth, competence, encouragement and reliability. Next time we need assistance with our Solar System or decide to have a battery installed we will go to Dev and Neon Solar.
