Saturday 15th May, 2021Carla from TasmaniaFrom the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!! The tradesmen were super friendly, and so careful with our tiled roof. We just can't quite believe that it all happened so fast, and works so well and looks SO SO GOOD. We're now awaiting the final inspection and conversion changes for the grid from our electric company so we can put any unused energy back into the grid for credits (4 to 6 week wait) - so once that all happens, I'll report back with our savings - word on the street we can expect close to $0 bills... and that added to the fact that we can use our aircon and dryer guilt free... this is just the best. Thank you NGSS for giving us such a great first-time-solar-PV'ers experience! So glad we went with you!
