I would like to say that after calling 3 quotes we decided to go with MLEC for solar panels as Brendan the sales guy was fantastic!! He blew the other sales people out of the park with his knowledge, help and drawings of how the system works. Very impressed. The guys installing the system and panels were on time and turned a 2 day job into 1 day. They were polite, quiet and very fast at their job. Well done guys, it was a credit to your company and your boss should be very proud. Now we are just waiting for our first power bill to hopefully see the difference....

Amongst the minefield of solar companies, MLEC stood out right from the beginning through to installation. Salesperson Brett was so generous with his time within and outside of business hours ensuring we had enough information upon which to decide on companies, systems and components. His personable manner was really appreciated. Installation was booked within a short timeframe and Matt and his team worked efficiently to install our system with no hassles, even accommodating our request for an unusual location for the inverter. We would highly recommend MLEC and urge you to consider them for a well priced hassle-free experience.

We had a great experience with MLEC Group. Our consultant Dale was very patient with us, explaining everything twice if needed and gave us time to do our own research. After doing our research we decided to go with MLEC - and we couldn’t be happier. The process was seamless, as they have a lot of experience and professionalism. We are also stoked that we are already getting credits on our bill – so we will pay off our investment in no time. We should have had them installed years ago! Great value, great service, good people and professional. i will be recommending/referring MLEC to family and friends. Tristain (sales) - An honest and proactive sales man. Not many sales people these days put the customer solution before the sale. Ben (Operations) - problem solver, pragmatic with customer needs as a priority. Mat and Wolf (install) - Very polite and although the install was tough (old building) - there were very polite, happy and very professional. Jake and Trent (install and commissioning) - The equipment supplier stuffed Jaime about for a few days but he was very persistent, kept me up to date and ensured everything works. Trent was also very polite, friendly and professional. Tee (Customer Service)- always kept me uptodate and no problem was too big Thank you MLEC and keep up the good work.

Stirling is a great guy who prides himself on customer service. My go to for anyone looking for solar products.

I contacted MLEC Group to Install solar for me. They were extremely professional the whole way along. I didn't know much about solar and have had other family members with bad experiences with other inexperienced companies however I found MLEC were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole way along. They recommended the best products for me and my family and the way we use electricity. The personalised communication the whole way along was top level and they even arranged everything directly with Western Power which saved me time and energy. The Installers fit in with my schedule and came directly ON TIME! They were very personable and friendly and took me through the in's and outs once installed. They also helped me set up the app and i am already seeing the saving on my first bill. I would Highly Recommend MLEC Solar for you Solar needs!

Used MLEC for a new Solar Panel system 6.6kw of panels with 5kw inverter on a new home. We have had two systems on previous homes. MLEC provided the most professional and efficient installation of all three. Since installation our electricity account has gone from over $400 (without system) to $179 with system for half billing period to $39 for full billing period (spring, not summer yet). Could not be happier with service and system provided by MLEC.

Really good communication and efficient installers.. They installed our solar after they already had done a job earlier that day, so they got the job done even though they must have been exhausted. They kept everything nice and tidy and I don’t have any complaints about them. Highly recommend.

I had Stirling come out to my house and assess my solar needs. He was very helpful and guided me through the whole process, from start to finish. he showed me exactly how much I would be saving on a month to month basis. Would highly recommend.

Professional and reliable service

We recently had a solar system with battery fitted to our home in Lesmurdie. The work was done well with all of the installers efficient, very hard working and polite. Two of your employees stood out. Stirling Squintal conducted the sales negotiations and we found him very easy to interact with, helpful and flexible. There was no high pressure tactics which for us has been an automatic reason to terminate discussions with other providers. He was also knowledgeable and was very responsive when we posed questions by email. Again, a very important consideration that we found some other companies did not come up to standard on. The other very impressive member of staff was Mathew (I do not know his surname) who oversaw the final setup of the battery. He was very helpful in explaining the workings of the battery, was impressive in the way that he took time to explain what he was doing to another member of the installation team and insisted on high standards for the installation when working with the rammed earth wall was clearly not easy. He left us his mobile number and did not hesitate to call around in the late afternoon when we were having difficulty understanding the battery backup features. The power poles were being replaced outside of the house that week so we wanted to make sure that the battery backup would operate ok. As well as explaining clearly the shutdown switches he also was able to re-organise some of the wiring so that a household water pump would continue to operate when the power went down. That is not only helpful at all times but particularly valuable as it means that we can use the pump and our tanks if there are threatening fires in the area. When the power went out for several hours with the poles being replaced everything worked perfectly off the battery. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would have no problem recommending your company to others. Yours faithfully
