I am not one to leave reviews often but Steve @ Aurora is truly outstanding. Due to the unique situation we were in, his knowledge, experience and great service is worthy of note. My family were getting residual shocks in the shower, this suitably freaked us out and we contacted Steve @ Aurora. He came out as soon as he could, bent over backwards to investigate the issue (literally had to crawl through our roof cavity), and did everything he could to rectify the issue, including re-earthing the house. Only as a result of his experience and knowledge he realised this was a much bigger problem with our grid and even called Ausgrid on our behalf to articulate the issue. Ausgrid came out, investigated the issue, also suitably freaked out, and spent the next 48 hours replacing the grid's earth wires on our street and two adjoining streets, whilst we went without power. Steve continued to check in during this time to see if there was anything he could do, in case there were additional related issues with the house. We highly recommend Steve @ Aurora.

I was referred to Aurora Electrical and Data Services. I was so impressed, and immediately felt we were in good hands. My house needed re-wiring and lighting update around the pool area. I am so glad I found Aurora Electrical & Data Services on NSW government Level 2 ASP listing when I was looking for a local electrician to upgrade meter box/switchboard for my parent's house. Steve is extremely professional and courteous with customers, everything from initial inspection, quotation to getting the work done, we were kept updated throughout in a very timely manner, the work was completed by the friendly team at the precise timeframe as scheduled in minimizing overall outage.

Aurora replaced the meter box, switch board, connection point and wire right back to the pole on the street for my Federation semi. Steve was on time on the day and power was off and on as planned without any extra delays
