Arrived on time, the connected system made sure all linked into the existing system, cleaned up and then came back to make sure the monitoring app was working as should. The sales pitch was on point, no nonsense and factored in that we were doing a re-roof of our property which we needed to coordinate with the solar install. The feet for the tracks were installed prior to sealing the roof with boys returning to finish the job when we needed. And then to finish, the office email all documentation including warranties, invoices etc to close the project out. Efficient, tidy, considerate and offering amazing value for money when compared to the rest of the market.......I wouldn't hesitate using or recommending them to anyone. A pleasure to deal with.

they offered the best price, best (timely) customer service & agreed to do the job 3 months down the track (at my request) with no deposit required. Laurie, their Sales Rep is fantastic! Laurie ended up doing 3 different quotes for me (at my request) as I kept changing my mind (re panels/inverter & the number of panels I wanted). None of this was ever a problem for Laurie. He'd get the quote back to me later the same day or following morning. JNT organised all the change over paperwork for me, I didn't have to do anything with my energy provider or Energex in connecting to the grid, Lachie (their wonderful technician / installer) even got up on the roof to do a precise measure up included in their quote (not many other techs who came out did this - went to the same effort). Jason the owner of JNT was so helpful, friendly & professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him either. Jason & his team of four (4) showed up on time on the day of install, finished in a matter of hours, no mess left. Jason's team is efficient and hard working. Laurie the Sales Rep even showed up on the day to hand deliver a bouquet of flowers to thank me for choosing JNT. By goin with JNT I ended up saving up to $1500 compared to other solar installers on the GC (for the same premium product). JNT are the best value for money on the Gold Coast. If you're looking to get solar quotes, start with JNT Electrical. I guarantee you'll get the best price (comparing apples for apples - premium inverter/panel products), the best service & peace of mind with their professionalism & any follow up questions you might have after installation. I can't fault these guys. Very happy I chose JNT.

We had a 6.6kW system installed. Jason and his crew arrived promptly and they just got on with the job whilst Jason kept us informed every step of the way. While the installation was in progress Laurie turned up with a bunch of flowers: nice touch. They crew arrived at 7am and were gone by 10am. Unbelievable. Thank you JNT

During the decision process, Dave in sales was always available and always willing to give me time to discuss all in great detail and answer all my questions for which I had many. Thanks Dave.
JNT provided a good few install date options which was fantastic . The install team were due at 6.30am on The day and drove up my street at 6.27am. Every one of the team was hard working and pleasant. Jason was very generous with his time and carried a very friendly demeanour during the whole install . In a few hours it was in, all very neat and tidy and nicely labelled.

Laurie was very professional, awesome and not at all "hard sell" I was well informed throughout the entire install by the owner/Jason and the job was completed exceptionally perfect.
Laurie (the consultant) was very helpful & made me feel comfortable on our first meeting, so I decided to give him the job before the quote was even received, mainly because I felt I could trust the guy & the quality/price were absolutely great.
Jason( the company owner) and his colleague on site were polite and professional and appear to have completed the job to a high standard. They were very clean, punctual and tidy as they worked. On completion the system was fully explained on handover.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JNT electrical & to anyone in Gold Coast would highly recommend to go with these guys.

The supervisor offered plenty of information about the system, and could discuss any questions or concerns while still carrying out his work. There was no time wasted and any conversations overheard from the tradesmen were either professional in nature, or simple everyday discussions as they worked...no bad language and no mess left behind, which was very much appreciated. On the day of install my salesman Laurie (whom answered my million questions during the process) checked everything was to my satisfaction and the owner Jason was here to check everything was done to the highest standard. From the outset these guys were an absolute cut above the rest. The quote was provided by Laurie who was polite and his knowledge shined through. We took the plunge and installed a larger system (10kw) and it looks like we are going to be IN CREDIT on our next bill! The quoting process with Laurie was easy, un-intimidating and a breath of fresh air compared to the hard-sell dismissive sales reps who just want to sell you the off-the-rack option and move on. No spam/overseas call centres that know nothing about solar here.
The installation was great, to the point where Jason took the extra time to install our inverter in the garage instead of next to the power box outside because "that's how i'd do it on my house" even though it was rated for outside use.
Follow up questions weren't a problem and the JNT team even helped me whip Origin into gear to get my meter switched over.
We've got a smart meter and i have an app on my phone - i can log on anytime during the day and see how much power we're using/not using and turn on/off appliances as needed. Really helps manage your usage. Laurie and Jason were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - so if you're wondering who to go with make sure you talk to these guys!!

Initially they were very prompt at responding to our query and then we were given good sound advice about which system would be best for our circumstances. Installation was booked easily, and on the day they arrived early and had the job done with no fuss. The tradesman were very friendly and polite and clearly are very experienced as the installation went very smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves very well and before leaving gave us a detailed lesson in how to monitor the inverter and understand the data that the unit provides. We cannot speak highly enough of this company and we highly recommend JNT Electrical to anyone considering installing solar panels.

Once I decided on solar I called JNT, Laurie came out and looked at our needs and talked us through the best system for our current usage. Nothing was a problem and there was no pressure, no sales pitch, just straight up this system will do the job. The communication from there until install was brilliant turning up exactly when they say and keeping you informed through the process.
I like the fact they don't give you any false promises, the system is going great and is delivering even more kwh than quoted. Thanks guys, have no hesitation in recommending JNT.
