We chose JNT because they were a local company and we are so glad we did. Pricing was competitive and communication was 1st class. We had a 6.6kW system installed. Jason and his crew arrived promptly and they just got on with the job whilst Jason kept us informed every step of the way. While the installation was in progress Laurie turned up with a bunch of flowers: nice touch. They crew arrived at 7am and were gone by 10am. Unbelievable. Thank you JNT

Great service and a great result we have had a reduction of 45percent since this time last year in our electricity bills. Laurie and his team made solar panels possible for us where no other company wanted to quote on our tricky roof and we got a bunch of flowers from Laurie on the day it was turned on. Had a few weeks of what is the mission of finding an installer and a solar system that ticks all your boxes. For me this was JNT Electrical. My system was installed a few days now and loving the savings. During the decision process, Dave in sales was always available and always willing to give me time to discuss all in great detail and answer all my questions for which I had many. Thanks Dave. JNT provided a good few install date options which was fantastic . The install team were due at 6.30am on The day and drove up my street at 6.27am. Every one of the team was hard working and pleasant. Jason was very generous with his time and carried a very friendly demeanour during the whole install . In a few hours it was in, all very neat and tidy and nicely labelled.

Very good customer service, very well informed sales person. Punctual, easy to understand at meeting and over the phone.

These guys really know what they are talking about - and exactly what they tell you will happen - actually happens. We were so happy with their workmanship and follow up service - they are the real deal. We recommend them to all our clients now and have had the same feedback from them. Jason is a very good tradesman who really knows his stuff.

I have just had a 7.8 solar system installed by JNT Electrical. I have been very impressed with the company. Laurie was very professional, awesome and not at all "hard sell" I was well informed throughout the entire install by the owner/Jason and the job was completed exceptionally perfect. Laurie (the consultant) was very helpful & made me feel comfortable on our first meeting, so I decided to give him the job before the quote was even received, mainly because I felt I could trust the guy & the quality/price were absolutely great. Jason( the company owner) and his colleague on site were polite and professional and appear to have completed the job to a high standard. They were very clean, punctual and tidy as they worked. On completion the system was fully explained on handover. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JNT electrical & to anyone in Gold Coast would highly recommend to go with these guys.

Highly Recommended, Had a mate who just installed solar to his house by Jason and the guys, checked it out one weekend, was impressed, ended up calling Daniel the local rep to do a quote up for me, and had it installed a couple of weeks later, 6.6kw system and switchboard upgrade, really happy with everything, great pride with his work. Can not rate Jase and the boys high enough. We’ve had a few issues with our roof. They do not hesitate to come out and have a look. We have horrible tiles to say the least but they will still come out and fix it for us. These guys are busy but always make time to help us out. Thanks boys!

From the moment we made contact with the Sales Manager we were impressed - no pushy salesman, just sincere concern to install the best possible system for our situation, no rough tradesmen, just punctual, polite and efficient workers who simply got on with the job. The supervisor offered plenty of information about the system, and could discuss any questions or concerns while still carrying out his work. There was no time wasted and any conversations overheard from the tradesmen were either professional in nature, or simple everyday discussions as they worked...no bad language and no mess left behind, which was very much appreciated. From the minute Laurie (Sales Manager) attended our home to quote supplying a solar system from JNT I was impressed. After getting 4 other quotes I decided on JNT. The professionism shown by Jason and his crew was first class. The install was quick and crew cleaned up at completion. My Son in Law, is an Electrical Engineer and he compared all quotes, and he also recommended I go with JNT. I have no hesitation in advising anyone considering getting Solar, do yourself a favour and have a serious look at JNT as your provider/intaller. Couldn't be happier.

I researched and spoke to a LOT of companies and ended up choosing JNT and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They have been nothing but helpful, honest and informative. On the day of install my salesman Laurie (whom answered my million questions during the process) checked everything was to my satisfaction and the owner Jason was here to check everything was done to the highest standard. The guys who did my install were amazing to, answering all my questions. They all did an tremendous job. In the true Aussie way, these guys are all just a bunch of honest and hard working guys. The quote was provided by Laurie who was polite and his knowledge shined through. He listened to our needs and presented us with a competitive quote. After accepting the quote, he maintained communication with us and was always approachable when we had questions. On the day of installation, Jason and his team arrived on time. Jason was very approachable and again listened to our concerns regarding placement of panels. He used his experience to provide us with the best solution. The installation was painless and professional. Jason went above and beyond for us. He took his time explaining the operation and care of the system to us. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking of installing solar.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. We took the plunge and installed a larger system (10kw) and it looks like we are going to be IN CREDIT on our next bill! The quoting process with Laurie was easy, un-intimidating and a breath of fresh air compared to the hard-sell dismissive sales reps who just want to sell you the off-the-rack option and move on. No spam/overseas call centres that know nothing about solar here. The installation was great, to the point where Jason took the extra time to install our inverter in the garage instead of next to the power box outside because "that's how i'd do it on my house" even though it was rated for outside use. Follow up questions weren't a problem and the JNT team even helped me whip Origin into gear to get my meter switched over. We've got a smart meter and i have an app on my phone - i can log on anytime during the day and see how much power we're using/not using and turn on/off appliances as needed. Really helps manage your usage. Laurie and Jason were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - so if you're wondering who to go with make sure you talk to these guys!!

Initially they were very prompt at responding to our query and then we were given good sound advice about which system would be best for our circumstances. Installation was booked easily, and on the day they arrived early and had the job done with no fuss. The tradesman were very friendly and polite and clearly are very experienced as the installation went very smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves very well and before leaving gave us a detailed lesson in how to monitor the inverter and understand the data that the unit provides.
