Dan from Jim's Solar was outstanding i would highly him and his services! From the time i requested a quote he was on the phone and was ready to meet me at a time of day that suited my busy schedule i'm a very busy man! So upon arrival he worked with in my budget to what would work best for the size of my roof and the amount of sunlight the right system would produce with in my budget. After we talked for about hour with this very kind gentle man and did not Force anything down my throat like a normal salesman would i felt comfortable in moving not only with Dan but with the Jim's Warranty agreement was very appealing for me! He also helped me with the right energy provider and meter exchange to a smart meter which other solar company's did not tell me about. Out of 7 company's i rang he was the only Company that was willing to come and meet with me face to face as i did not want to purchase anything over the phone. With in one week of my initial call he was at my door with a friendly face and gave me a written quote. Once we agreed on the process was smooth sailing we had a install date that suited me (weekend) i would highly use him again and his service's outstanding!!!!!!

I have been a solar energy clean power advocate for many years & installed solar power to most of the homes i’ve owned over the years back to my first solar power plant in early 2003 it was a 1.5kW system costing $12,500 installed plus another $650 for an import/export meter which it was called back then & fitted by ETSA with no Government solar rebate system in place at that time ! This is my latest and 3rd solar installation onto my home in regional South Australia. The important criteria I was looking for through having had previous experiences with solar company’s were - longevity of a name that has a high profile and one that I could trust to standby that name and to stand the test of time & know that if I had an issue or problem in the coming years they will still be in existence (unlike the 2nd installation I had, that company just simply disappeared ! a few years ago. In my online searching ‘Jim’s Energy’ popped up and that is when I realised this would be the solution that profile ticked all the boxes that I had concerns about & I felt relief in that if Jim’s are in the solar business (because they were not into the solar field for my other plants) then no questions asked, that’s my decision - 3 quotes not required. I subsequently contracted with Jim’s Energy Adelaide in mid Jan 2021 an easy process & by mid Feb 2021 in fact a few days less than one month (which was unbelievable to me being the time frames given by other companies into the country regions) I had a quality solar power plant installed. The professionalism, quickly responsive in communication and the friendly customer relationship displayed to me by Jim’s Energy in Adelaide Daniel Davis was outstanding he also travelled to my property to meet with me to have a good handover of the plant and set up the system inverter connection to wifi etc etc which was a first time experience for me ( with other solar companies there was no informative handover ) The quality of the installation also was impeccable, I am quite fussy with my belongings and take certain pride in what I own and how it is maintained but without a doubt the process from ‘go to whoa’ with Jim’s Energy installers well surpassed my expectations, their punctuality, friendliness and pride in the quality of their workmanship and the quality of the consumable materials that they used for installation I know from my experiences was for sure next level quality better than the industry standard. I am thrilled that I made the decision for my latest solar power plant with Jim’s Energy in Adelaide and that has made me a very very happy and satisfied customer.
