The installation at the work site was time critical as minimising power outage and freeing up our limited parking area was important - the crew was quick and efficient and delivered what they promised. With my home installation, the support and patience of the office/operational side of the organisation was paramount in overcoming and meeting strata concerns.

I had the S100 smart metre installed by the sparky and he was very helpful in setting up the app and showed me how to use it.
The guys also helped to remove two old satellite dish from the roof and replaced a couple of cracked tiles.
Interactive Solar did a great job from start to finish.

So far the experience have been good from the beginning right up till installation and finalization of paperwork for my energy retailer. Berta was fantastic. She was prompt and has never failed to respond to any queries that I had.
The guys who did the install were also friendly and courteous. They dropped off the stuff the day before and started the job on time the next morning. One of them also answered a couple of queries I had, and he also provided further explanations which was beneficial knowledge. They also helped to setup the wifi connection to the inverter for my app as it wasn’t as simple as it seemed.
Right after installation the following day, Berta filled up all the necessary paperwork and sent it to my energy retailer. All in all, the experience was worry and hassle free. Systems are connected and everything is running well.

I've spend few month shopping around for Solar Panels to install.
After requesting numerous quotes and I've finally got a price that was the best from Interactive Solar.
From the first day talking to Berta and to the final day on installation, all went smooth except for delay with inverter due to back order.
Berta is excellent in handling all administrative work and will contact you ASAP not like other companies that don't bother to call you back.
On the day of installation, Younan and the crew arrived to start on the installation.
Younan is dedicated worker who has vast knowledge of the product with great professionalism and understands what customer needs and will work from customer's point of view.
At the completion of the installation, I had about 11 roof tiles broken which Berta contacted me to reimburse. I've told her that there is no need as I was more than happy to have person like Younan looking after our installation.
Definitely recommend Interactive Solar to anyone looking to install Solar Panels

Berta did an awesome job making a deal for cash. She also answered a msg at 10:30pm at night one day before the install, so i could add two whirlybirds to the roof! The team came one day earlier dropped off all the equipment. Took one full day to install a double 6.6kw system three phase with two fronius inverts total 13.2kw. Very professional Anam and his team killed it!!! I went up on the roof and it looked at it, all perfect. They swept up and took the rubbish away. Blowing down the roof aswell. They even took pictures with a flying drome, how cool is that! They also installed two whirlybirds, siliconed around the flashing and screws. If you want a company that has excellent service and a great installation. Then its Inter solar. Thank you so much guys. 10 out of 10 for customer service and install, Just have to wait for my electricity bill now lol.
I will recommend this to anyone who asks me!!

I had been shopping around for a 20KW system and "Interactive Solar" came in $3000 cheaper than the cheapest quote that i had. I compared the Inverter and Panel details to ensure that they were the same and they definitely were. Aram the salesman was fantastic, he was the only salesman that was honest and gave me the true value of the rebate that they would receive for installing my system. It is very rare to find a Salesman with the integrity and professionalism shown by Aram and the team at Interactive Solar. The Installation was just at another level, my installation was quite complex and the installation Team, comprising of Daniel, David and Younan were unbelievable. All throughout the process they were professional and even upgraded the main feed from the Solar strings to the inverter to minimise any voltage drop over the distance. They cleaned up after the install and provided an Aerial photo of the installation to show the finished product on the roof and I must say it was well laid out and equally distributed. After the installation I had some questions re the Inverter App, I called Aram on a Sunday and he insisted that he come out to my house and went through the setup with me again :) he ensured that I was all good before he left. Now that type of service is at another level. The interactive team went above on Beyond and i would definitely recommend them if you are in the Market for a Solar system!!

He could have upsold us a battery and make a little more profit, but he was upfront in explaining that we did not need it yet. I appreciate his honesty.
Installation was straight forward. Thanks to the team for getting it done within 1/2 a day. When I switched it on, it immediately generated 6kWh for the rest of the day. It has been generating around 12kWh per day since installation. Very happy customer.
Solax inverter was installed and we can monitor real-time solar output via SolaxCloud app. Unfortunately, does not indicate feed back to the grid as our smart meter is not compatible.
