They were all very polite which you don't see very often and they worked really hard, especially in the heat of the day on the roof.
i would highly recommend you to anyone who asked and have already passed on business cards to our neighbours. we will be in contact when we want the battery to become more self-sufficient. thanks heaps team!

Then we found Inspire and throughout the whole process from our first meeting to handover we had great quality friendly service. We actually ended up going with a battery system after visiting the showroom, and so far have been running with very little power from the grid. Nellie was awesome to deal with, very helpful and nothing was a drama. The boys who came to install did a top quality job, very quick install and even better not only a quality job but no rubbish left behind. Can't wait to see our electricity bill now the system is up and running. If your looking into solar, you couldn't find a better company, highly recommended

When I asked why, I was advised that they were professional and trust worthy. On contact the company seemed pretty reasonable so I signed a contract with them to install solar panels.
During the initial process I had a few issues, possibly with miscommunication but it was eventually resolved. During installation we also had a few minor hiccups but the crew delivered a professional and honest service. I also had some minor issues after the job but I didn’t feel it was necessary to make a complaint about it. I merely advised Inspire Energy of my observations. To my surprise the company returned to my home to rectify the problem.
I would whole heartedly recommend Inspire Energy to do any job for your property. Their level of integrity and professionalism is a rare quality.

The installation team were polite, courteous and nothing was too much for them, for example: they fixed a bracket on my downpipe which had come lose but was too high for me to reach. They kept me informed throughout the install and explained why and what they were doing at each stage.
Warren came the next day to setup the monitoring system and hook up my wifi to the SMA unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s terms so it was very easy to understand.
Lastly, thank you Damien for your efforts in helping me select the best system for my requirements, keeping me updated throughout the COVOID delays and explaining the pro’s and con’s of the various parts of the system.
I would not have any hesitation in recommending INSPIRE ENERGY

A big shout out to the Insipre Energy team. We selected Insipre Energy because we could actually see the products in their showroom. Other providers don’t have a showroom like Inspire Energy and a dedicated consultant that will explain and go every pros and cons of the different types of solar panels. Damien our consultant was very knowledgable and professional, he was very patient and answered all my questions and provided the best outcome based on my requirements. Once booked, Nicole from admin always kept me up to date with the progress until installation was ready. Their own installation team, thanks to Darren did a fantastic job on the day. They installed high end quality fittings and frames. I was very pleased how neat the inverters and batteries were installed and they also cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer experience and the products installed in our home. The service delivered exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Inspire Energy, a 5 star company. Monday 1st April, 2019Mick Dowe from New South WalesInspire Installed my 5.5 KW system with LG battery. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, helpful and so professional. The installers came on time and were gone in the same day. If not for the big solar thing on the roof you would not have know they had been there. My system was reasonably priced, looks great and performs way beyond my expectations. The battery keeps my house powered overnight and I am actually using nearly zero grid power. The excess I export is almost paying for my grid connection fees, so my power bills have all but vanished overnight. I found many of the solar companies were just a phone number and may not even have a presence in the state. I chose Inspire because apart from being friendly and helpful they are a local company with a real office/ showroom that you can go and visit, which I did. This was paramount in me finally choosing Inspire and It has turned out I chose very well. I have no hesitation in recommending Inspire to anyone, I honestly cannot think of anything in the entire process that I was not 100% satisfied with, they offer a great product at a good price backed up by great people.

If you're going to spend thousands of dollars on solar, make sure it's a CEC approved retailer. With Inspire I received great advice, they knew all the little things about solar which I picked up from all the quotes and online research. The price wasn't the cheapest, but you get the quality and the service. I had an issue with the monitoring system, emailed them at 6:30pm, and I got a reply at 6:50pm. There was a miscommunication between the retailer and installer, and the installer happily rectified the problem. Overall this is a 5 star Solar Retailer. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
