Highly recommend. These guys have done an amazing job. We have a fantastic solar system, at a great price, with the highest quality products, and the level of customer service has been second to none. Nothing seems a problem for Scott and the team. Any queries, I've flicked him a text and instantly get a reply (all to do with my lack of knowledge on how solar works). I've never had solar before and Scott's made us feel like we can ask anything regardless of how minor it may seem and he always gives great feedback and shows the utmost respect. Do yourself favor and use these guys, you won't regret it.

Daniel contacted me some time ago and quoted me and kept in contact with me but at that time I was still unsure about the opportunity of solar. When I became ready I remembered Daniel and the way he communicated with me: straightforward, clear, honest, upfront, and not sales like at all which was actually such a contrast to every single other solar person who has ever contacted me. I had no hesitations in getting a new quote from Daniel who made it super easy from beginning to end. He tells you the truth, cares about you getting the best outcome, does a timely job, is friendly and down to earth. I wanted an installer who would partner me in to the future and this was the right team to do that. Scott was also a breeze to engage with.

Huge shout out and big thank you to Scott for coming out today and sorting out the issue we were having with the Solar. He changed our amp switch that kept tripping and now since checking its working and no issues. If anyone is wanting a true and honest professional with any electrical issues or any electrical work that needs doing don't hesitate to send Scott a message or phone. We are so very happy with our panels. From the minute we spoke, I knew we were making the best decision by engaging you to install our panels. You were the only company (out of 5 solar companies) that got on our roof to see what you were dealing with. Even our crazy roof structure didn't deter you. As you said, you configured our panels to ensure the most sun exposure. Your workmen were absolutely professional (even with the thousand questions from our kids!). And Scott, your after sales support has been exemplary! And yes, I still monitor our consumption on a daily basis (no longer hourly!). Thanks again to you Scott and your team.

finally sat down and worked out how much solar has saved me since impact energy installed a 6.5kw system just over two years ago. it looks like the system is well on it's way to paying for itself in just over 3 years. Find another investment that adds value to your house and returns 30% of its value every year! could not be happier with the job by impact energy!!

We had Dan and his team install a 5kw system for us. They were great, excellent communication before and after, efficient and tidy, I recommend them highly. Our first full bill with solar and we're $150 in credit.

Just had Scott and his guys complete an installation of 20 solar panels and an upgrade of our meter box in Grange. In and out in a day, excellent communication throughout the whole process from inquiry to install and after sales. The installation exceeded our expectations with tradesman quality attention to detail and every service providing aesthetically a flawless finish! Nothing to clean up after the boys left, and the Team themselves were polite, well mannered, and took the time for personal introductions upon immediate arrival. Could not recommend Impact Energy highly enough! Thanks again Scott and the lads!

The whole team from Impact Energy were fantastic. Most of my questions and communication was with Scott and he was able to answer all my questions and didn't leave me unsure about anything. We discussed many options for Solar System solutions and we ended up with the Panels that I was looking for along with the best Inverter for my situation. Through the whole process, I did not feel like I was being guided towards a particular solution or product. What I wanted, was what Scott was happy to do. The team on the day were on time, friendly and approachable. I was very happy to see that Scott who sold me the solution was also on the roof installing it too. The team did a great job, installed in a timely manner and didn't leave until they had given me all the required paperwork and a complete run down on system. Had a look around after the team had left and there was no leftover rubbish, no broken tile surprises and everything looked tidy and professionally installed. Beyond happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

scotty and dan installed my 10.8 solar system today top blokes from qoute to install kept me in the loop replied straight away, didnt have to chase them for any answers even when they finished and i had trouble with the fronius app they had the answers and correct help. Would recommend them to anybody looking to save on their electricity bills. They got the job done quick and tidy looks mint boys thanxs again very happy customer couldnt have asked for a better outcome

The team from Impact Energy are great. Very professional they explained everything to us .From start to finish 10/10. so far our system is performing as we were told loving the Fronius app to show us our systems performance. We are doing things differently now to make the most of our generated energy. Washing during the day using dishwasher during the day and electric kettle.In the evening we use the gad kettle. waiting to see the impact on the first electricity bill and second one. Thank you

Very professional and efficient install. The info they provide is awesome and they will select the best system that can do the job with maximum return on investment.

They were one of two installers who came out to check the premise beforehand to make sure everything would go to plan. Kept in touch with communication about install date as the inverter was on the way up from Melbourne. Top job on the install also and left the site tidy. And off-course the system does what it’s meant to do, and with top of the bunch warranty arrangements, and the panel by panel monitoring enabled through the Solar Edge solution will hopefully also throw alerts should there be any issues over the longer term lifespan of the solution. On a like for like inverter + panels comparison with my other key contending installer they also came out a bit cheaper.

After receiving multiple quotes from different companies, I recently had a solar system installed by Impact Energy and they were fantastic through the whole process! Highly professional and knowledgeable and their customer service has been amazing. They were always happy to answer my questions and explain things in detail so I could make informed decisions. I recently had Impact install a large 3 phase Solar System on my house. I watched the guys from start to finish and as a sparky myself I can say I was more than happy with their workmanship and glad to see they take pride in their work. They care about what they are selling/installing and honestly want the best for the customer. Great system and great warranties on panels and inverter. Other companies and systems might be cheaper but even that considered you can't beat Impact! Can't speak highly enough of them!

Inverter had a fault and the shutdown procedure didn't work, research online plus an onsite electrician said it was fried and replace at a cost of $1100. Impact Energy fiddled with the plugs and wiring and it works!! Still working 2 months later. If we need an inverter or new system we will talk to you guys first!! Thanks for saving our family $1100.

Scott and his team did an awesome job. From explaining the intricacies of solar and the process, through to submitting the proposal to energex and installation. Fast, efficient and very well priced. Just waiting on energex for final step and we are up & running to enjoy cheaper electricity bills. Top job!!!!
