Not the cheapest supplier but a lot of cheaper suppliers are cheap because they are either not easy to deal with or their quality (materials/ labour) isn't great. Amy Perry from iGreen was very knowledgeable and fast at answering questions. I gave 4 instead of 5 out of 5 stars because of an issue I had towards the end (not Amy's fault) when my electricity retailer and igreen gave me information that was not consistent but it was fixed after a few phone calls. All in all, however, I would recommend iGreen because they seem to be better than their competitors.

My house is a 3 phase double storey and to ensure I didn't get stung with any hidden charges on the day, I asked the installation team to come and review the roof and logistics prior to installation. I live in Bunbury and was extremely impressed to see that they had driven down from Perth to view the job. Since then , it has been installed and the quality of install has been great with the system working well. Special mention to Riana for facilitating the entire progress and most importantly she was true to her word. I'd have no issues recommending the company to friends or family.

I came across the iGreen site and was impressed by the lack of hard sell/outrageous claims that was so common among the competitors. I dropped an email, wishing more info & was struck by the extent of product knowledge, respect, politeness and attention to detail exhibited by John B. He organised all the permits, paperwork & sub-contractors who arrived on the designated day & completed all the installation with a minimum of disruption & but maximum efficiency.
I have already recommended them to several previously likeminded who were looking into going Solar, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending iGreen and in particular John B to anyone reading this review.

Harry from iGreen was most helpful, especially as patience is required due to complications with getting permissions for work in a retirement village.
The installation contractor was on time, courteous, tidy and proficient.
My only issue was in getting the monitoring software to function but, once working, the web site gives copious amounts of information on system operation. Both Harry and the Solis inverter personnel were responsive and helpful in getting this to work.
I have no hesitation in recommending iGreen Energy for solar systems.

The system is working great producing roughly 25 - 30 kWh a day on a normal sunny day. Way more energy than I use in a day that's for sure. Pity the Network Operator doesn't offer more for what goes back into the grid. Neil from iGreen energy was extremely helpful and very approachable. He values the product that they sell and is always more than happy to answer any questions I had. Thanks again for a good product.

It turned out all good. The value is solid now; the cost is most competitive; the installers are local and very professional and nice; the system it recommended and installed works very well, compared to people I knew who had installed solar systems. The warranties on paper are also very competitive; the customer service, though only via phone and email, is perfect: very quick on answering questions and very helpful on providing the answers. They really endeavoured to do their business well and treated customer as a customer.

The day of the install was painless, the team arrived on time and got straight to work, they were professional, neat and tidy leaving no mess to clean up. Answered all my queries as well as queries from neighbors that were also interested in getting a solar system install. Highly Recommended, the roof panels are out of sight and the inverter was installed inside the garage out of the way.
I contacted Harry Vatan after he arranged a solar install at my parents house in Safety Bay, I was present during the install there and was impressed by the service and install they received so had no hesitation in contacting Harry to arrange a similar install at my new home.
