I was referred by a friend to the igreenenergy team. There were no hard sales tactics. From start to finish I was very impressed with their patience in answering all my questions and their honest advice. They had attention to detail, knew their products well and were always available for me. Their installer was very helpful, courteous and efficient. I am a lawyer and do not normally give testimonials, but in this case I have made an exception.

Riana is an excellent sales person. the whole process went very well. the guys doing the installation did a great job plus explained the workings of the system.

I was reluctant to get solar panels due to the horrific stories I'd heard about dodgie installers - so I found someone who had been happy with their installation, and they referred me to iGreen Energy. I was very pleased with the way Harry Vatan managed the project. The installers did a great job and I'm now very happy with the result.

It was so easy dealing with Igreen energy. Marys guidance throughout the process Made an easy transaction, it was only 14days from quote to installation. Caleb and the installation team where so knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Now is to wait for the energy company to install the smart metre so I can see how efficient my sola system works.

Installation was in quality and customer service by Harry Vatan is Excellent in liaison and I am very happy is all done.

Installation of solar panels and inverter were installed professionally. They checked with me first before installing on the desired spot. The energy consultants were very helpful and called to check and re-arrange for a second visit to ensure that installation were done quickly. Once installation were done, they clean up the area nice and tidy. So far so good. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with end result of our solar panels and inverter installed at our house, in particularly thanks to Riana Felix from iGreen Energy. She was prompt in replying with any questions on the panels and inverter with clear answers. The workmen were courteous and tidy and prompt in installing the systems. Having no knowledge of solar systems I found Stephen Smith of Igreen energy very easy and informative to deal with. The whole process went like clockwork from enquiry to installation. The installers were punctual, clean and confident in all aspects. It appears to be a good product at a very affordable price, what more can you ask for? I would recommend both Stephen and Igreen energy for your solar needs.

We are very happy with our new 6.6kw solar panels. iGreen was very easy to deal with. We needed to have old panels taken down and we thought they gave a us a decent price to it that as well. All paperwork was easily completed and Nick was very competent covering all our queries. We had them put on within 2weeks from our first enquiry- at a good price. The team that put them on were very competent and right on time. All done within a few hours and our system was up and working straight away Would recommend them to others

Dealing with Nick from iGreen was an excellent experience from the onset. Their pricing is highly competitive and they delivered an excellent product. I had an electrician mate inspect their work and he had only good things to say. Very happy overall.

Hard working contrators and good installation. Working well. Took one day to insatall and connect. Made the effort to connect to wifi and app.

The work was done proficiently and on time. The solar system looks good and is is working perfectly. There were a couple of minor mishaps during the installation which may have been avoided with better planning but overall the installation was good.

Overall, I'm happy with the service from iGreen energy. I had a 6.6Kwh solar panel system installed. Not the cheapest supplier but a lot of cheaper suppliers are cheap because they are either not easy to deal with or their quality (materials/ labour) isn't great. Amy Perry from iGreen was very knowledgeable and fast at answering questions. I gave 4 instead of 5 out of 5 stars because of an issue I had towards the end (not Amy's fault) when my electricity retailer and igreen gave me information that was not consistent but it was fixed after a few phone calls. All in all, however, I would recommend iGreen because they seem to be better than their competitors.

Affordable price, friendly and efficient service, installation. Well done with igreen Adelaide, very happy with Bill and Olivia. Recommended to family and friends.

From the start we felt confident in our discussions and the decision to go with I-Green Energy. Misha our consultant answered every question we had in writing. She was nothing but professional and From the start to finish we had no problems.

I was very sceptical with the everything to initially begin with as the price was cheaper than other quotes. My house is a 3 phase double storey and to ensure I didn't get stung with any hidden charges on the day, I asked the installation team to come and review the roof and logistics prior to installation. I live in Bunbury and was extremely impressed to see that they had driven down from Perth to view the job. Since then , it has been installed and the quality of install has been great with the system working well. Special mention to Riana for facilitating the entire progress and most importantly she was true to her word. I'd have no issues recommending the company to friends or family.

Thanks to Neil in sales and Olivia in application department for a very smooth process, from start to finish. Neil was very patient with my many questions, and showed great product knowledge. The installation was delayed by bad weather, however the installers kept in contact and completed the job several days later. They also assisted in configuring the Inverter App on my SmartPhone. As always do your own research... Then call iGreen Energy for Stress Free Solar!

I had been thinking about installing Solar panels for a while but I could never get the sums to work for me. I came across the iGreen site and was impressed by the lack of hard sell/outrageous claims that was so common among the competitors. I dropped an email, wishing more info & was struck by the extent of product knowledge, respect, politeness and attention to detail exhibited by John B. He organised all the permits, paperwork & sub-contractors who arrived on the designated day & completed all the installation with a minimum of disruption & but maximum efficiency. I have already recommended them to several previously likeminded who were looking into going Solar, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending iGreen and in particular John B to anyone reading this review. What are you waiting for?

Mark and the team were easy to deal with. They responded quickly with a quote and delivered on everything they promised throughout the process. The actual installation was done by DMK Electrical who arrived at the agreed date and time, were very professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Would definitely use iGreen again and happy to recommend them to others considering solar.
