I had a great experience with HCB Solar. Their sales team were patient, very knowledgeable and understanding. I never felt pushed towards anything. Their team were also very respectful and people I felt comfortable to have around my home. Even their accounts and other office staff were all great to deal with. I don’t leave many reviews but think these guys deserve a 5 star. Thanks.

We recently installed a 8 kilowatt 3 phase solar system to our home and could not be happier with the process. From first contact with Edmond who without prejudice provided useful and factual information on various solar systems and the associated solar rebates, this allowed us to make the decision on what solar system size to install. The whole experience from first quote to commissioning was seamless with an accurate breakdown of the steps and timeframe.

We have a system consisting of 16 LG 365 Watt solar panels, on a north facing roof, with some early morning and late afternoon shading, with a 6kW SMA Solar Inverter. The solar power installers did a professional installation and flexible to last minute changes. They are not the cheapest option in Newcastle, but use top quality solar panels, inverters and roof mounting hardware. I am overall very pleased with the experience, workmanship and result, thanks
