We have our system installed by Hawking and I would recommend them... we haven't had any issues with the system, since day 1 it worked very well. I have to say here if you are looking to install solar panels on your place contact them for a quote BUT make sure everything they offer and tell you is on writing/e-mail so you don't have any surprises as we did. Our Inverter was installed in a different place of what we agreed (they installed outside the house) and took them 3 weeks and lots of e-mails/calls to get it fixed. We could have had a better experience but we are happy now everything is the way we wanted and the way they said it was going to be.

Great experience. Easy to deal with. Professional and polite. Knew their product and seemed to have a solution for most people's budget and home setup.

Fantastic, from quote to install and still are great to deal with. Their quotes are clear and fair, you get what you pay for and I would gladly pay it again if I had to install again. Extremely efficient with their paperwork and systems, very well run business who kept me well informed every step of the way. I did extensive research and had plenty of quotes from various suppliers for solar, Go with Hawking Electrical & Solar! They will look after you and they will do what they say they will do.

Recently had a solar install done by Hawking. The guys that came and did the install were very professional and did a great job, explained everything well and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the install. So far the system is performing great. Overall very happy with the entire experience. Only negative I can think of was there was a fairly long lead time before the install was completed but that’s me scraping for something to find that wasn’t 100%.

A visit from Hawking Solar to quote on a possible Solar System was on time as agreed and very informative. Every question we had was comprehensively answered and followed up with supporting emails and data over the following days. The crew of three who installed the Solar panels were very respectful of our property, clean and neat in their work and clearly explained and demonstrated how the installation would take place. We could not ask for more from them. Hawking Solar Customer Service staff were very prompt, timely and efficient in everything they did and much appreciated. Based on the above and the quality of the product I cannot see why any buyer would use anyone other than Hawking Solar. John M

We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company from our first meeting with their salesman to the ongoing post installation contact. Our electricity bills have been getting progressively lower. For example our bill for the last quarter in 2016 was $832.40, while for the corresponding period in 2017 it was only $160.92 as a result of the installation of our solar system from Hawking Solar and negotiating reduced rates with our electricity supplier. At this rate our payback period will be less that the four years originally quoted.

I have just had my new solar system supplied and fitted by Hawking Electrical and Solar. Do yourself a favour speak to these guys, get a quote you can't go wrong. From the start, very first phone call to the last phone call and all else in-between these guys were polite professional and fast. The rep came out and walk us through all options, he listened to us and then recommended a system that matched our need now but with the ability to change to suit new technologies i.e. Batteries banks. the guys that came out and fitted the system were terrific they were very professional clean and polite i felt re-assured to see and hear how they worked. The system went up and then the guys cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were great when it came time to set up the computer to see real time data . The system I bought is able to communicate through my wifi modem. How cool is that. Anyway thank you guys it was a pleasure doing business.
